Far Better Than Original!
The beater if so much better than the one which comes with the mixer. The stainless steel cleans easily and doesn't leave coating chips in the batter like the beater supplied with the mixer.

Kitchenaid are not cheap products, you expect the best, however the original white dough hook started to shed fragments of white coating into the food being prepared. This stainless steel dough hook is nicely made, fits and works well and far cheaper than buying the original replacement item. Highly recommended.
