Beautiful and sturdy and it doesn't seem to rust!
Sturdy and great looking on my marble shower. I needed a plastic caddy as my metal ones kept rusting. This is very sturdy. I had read where several folks had trouble keeping it on the shower head, I placed mine on a 50 pound hook and have had no troubles keeping it on the wall or from tipping. Using a hook and the suction cups it is working great and I have large bottles of shampoo, liquid soap, scrubs, etc.It is awesome to look at, I have had some great compliments. YES I would buy it again. Yes I would recommend it to others.

Won't stay put.
The look of this shower caddy is really cute and visually, I love it. However, it does not secure itself to the shower head neck or the shower wall. It slid down the shower head three times, hitting me and dumping all the shampoo, soaps, etc. on my feet as I tried to secure it. The rubber grip under the hook does not keep it from slipping and the suction cup at the bottom will not stick because it is placed where it meets between the subway tiles. I have not found a way to adjust the placement of the suction cup.I liked the way it looked so much that I was determined to make it work. I used rubber bumpers along the neck of the shower head to prevent it from sliding and used clear packing tape to secure the body to the tile until I figure out something else. It's a guest shower so it should be OK with infrequent use.

Very functional and stylish but birds and shelving started to yellow
A handful of reviewers mention rust. Maybe they've changed the way these are manufactured (I purchased mine from Amazon at the end of 2011), but I never had a problem with rust. I've had mine for over two years, used it in two homes, and although the white birds and shelving have yellowed, it never rusted. Water did get on the caddy and I never worried myself over it or made an effort to wipe it down. It's designed for the shower. I do, however, always run the ventilation fan or open a window when I shower. The yellowing started about a year after I purchased it and since it wasn't in direct sunlight (there was a window in the bathroom though) I attribute it to aging. I tried soaking the affected components in bleach (the birds themselves are removable with a standard screwdriver), but I was never able to remove the discoloration. The yellow faded but it was still apparent. Overall, this was the best caddy functionally (tall enough even for value-sized shampoo bottles, hooks for razors and loofas), but the yellowing made it appear grungy so I won't purchase a replacement.A few people also mentioned issues with the stability. In the first home I had no issues. The grip on the hanging hook was enough to keep it stable and I didn't even need to make use of the suction cup. In the current home, the shower head is at more of an angle and the hanging hook doesn't grip it as well, so it sometimes slips from the hook. If I tried to utilize the suction cup, the hook wouldn't lay flat against the wall. The two didn't seem to work together and with time the suction would lose it's grip and need to be reapplied. It never fell off completely because the shower head would catch the caddy, but it was alarming, especially if there was a lot of weight in the caddy so I've removed it entirely. I just don't use one anymore since I haven't found an alternative to my liking.

Don't waste your money
It's pretty but it doesn't hold up to ANY OF THE CLAIMS. The suction cup doesn't work. The grip that it says it has on the neck is a lie it slides right down. It's going to screw up my shower head, if I put something weighty on the shower caddy. Yeah I could resolve the issue by buying more suction cups, but that's moronic. I might as well have bought a dirt cheap shower caddy. Treated the dirt cheap shower caddy with some good rustolem spray and bought some suction cups to customize it. I honestly don't think I'll buy anything from amazon any more when it comes to things like this(and furniture). They all have sucked. I'm starting to wonder if the people leaving reviews are real customers. There is no way possible that this item has 4 stars. I don't care for cuteness much. However, I do care for a reliable product.

I read a number of the reviews before deciding to purchase this shower caddy. One person stated they didn't receive the suction cup. We received one but it didn't work. Also the hook of the caddy does not fit tightly onto the shower head pipe. Maybe our pipe has less of a level portion than others but it would be constantly sliding down. In case you were wondering, I did notice that the two birds on the front of the caddy are removable should you not really be into the bird design.

sturdy
I was afraid this was going to be a bit flimsy but it turns out its pretty strong and sturdythe middle shelf is tall enough to fit those large volume shampoos. they also have holes on the edges if you want to stick a bottle upside down to get that last bit of soap out. the bottle shelf has holes with slits to keep razors too.Its practical and cute at the same time, hard thing to do, glad I got this.

Not as sturdy as I expected
I ordered this shower caddy because it appeared to have a holder that allowed you to put shampoo bottles in upside down and eliminate the loss of shampoo at the bottoms of containers. That part of the caddy only accepts small bottles and the first time we put stuff on the caddy it promptly fell off the shower arm! You need a long, strong arm otherwise the caddy isn't strong enough to hold the weight. We added the little rubber keepers and that helped, but it still isn't very sturdy. On the plus side, the design is very attractive and the whole caddy accommodates lots of shower 'stuff'. Several other reviewers commented on the problem I encountered so it seems some sort of redesign is overdue.

This is a cool little caddy
This is a cool little caddy. I have used it for several years, and it still works pretty great. There have been some issues with the suction cup at the bottom actually sticking to the shower wall, which was a problem from the beginning. It usually doesn't matter since the hook is what really holds it up, but it can be annoying at times when it tilts or gets bumped and things fall off because the suction cup wasn't providing base support.

This thing is so cute. It holds all our stuff nicely, and it's great that the metal parts are not supposed to rust (I've had this up for over 10 months and no rust in sight!). The suction cup at the bottom works better than most have. Plus, it's so cute!

Love it, but would like it better if the suction actually stuck to the wall. For now, it dangles from the top of my showerhead. Be careful of heavy objects on the shelves. This caddy likes to tip easily, sending everything down.

It looks much cheaper in real life.
This is a great shower caddy for a child's bathroom. Unfortunately, it does not look as "sophisticated" or even as whimsical as pictured... It looks like plastic. However it is cute- and does a great job at holding a bunch of shower products. I just think you might be disappointed by how plastic it looks in real life.
