Just what I needed
This is just what we needed for our dog to be able to fly with us. An IATA 82 crate. As much as I feel like it makes my dog look Scary, she is able to fly with us and that is all that matters. It came in excellent condition and even earlier then expected which was great so we have time to get her use to this new crate! The size was perfect, we ordered a large for my 56 lb American pocket bully. My family is making a move and we have no idea what airline we will be flying or when exactly I noticed that we would need this special crate for certain airlines and I figured it would be best to get one just in case since it does take a little bit of time to process the order and receive. The window I received was pretty close to when we are suppose to leave, I contacted the seller to see when it would ship just in case I needed to cancel and they gave me an earliest possible date it would ship. They were awesome and prompt at responding to me! When it didn't ship by that earliest date I gave them a few more days, but I was impatient and wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with the order or a backorder or anything like that. I gave them a call and the representative was so awesome and kind and understood completely about my concerns. She found out the status to make sure everything was good and let me know it was shipping either that day or the next but to go with the next day to be safe. It actually shipped out that night and arrived a few days later, even earlier then my expected delivery dates. The product is a bit expensive but it came in excellent condition and it is exactly what we needed to be able take her with us. It collapses nice and small for easy storing so much better then the wood ones I saw that I would have to figure out what to do with when we aren't using it. Thank you for a great product, and wonderful customer service!!!

Severe design flaw. Dangerous to assembler and pet. Company is the worst seller.
I’m a prime customer and have had mostly satisfactory products through amazon. The small number of times a product didn’t work out, I was alsways satisfied in the handling. This is my FIRST complaint ever about an Amazon Seller. STAY AWAY. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. ESPECIALLY DO NOT ORDER THIS COLLAPSABLE KENNEL. Because that is exactly what it does.It is difficult to assemble and dangerous to you and your pet. When trying to assemble, it collapsed and pinned one of my fingers in one of the hinges. It was difficult to lift the kennel to an open position for me to extract my finger. If the kennel would have collapse completely, more than the cut and blood drawn from my finger would have been the case. Probably a lost a digit, or a paw.Two strong, able bodied people are required to set up this portable kennel. The latches are difficult to place into proper position.I tried to install the side bars which are required to prevent the kennel from collapsing. No matter which way I oriented the side arms, the latches would not engage into Position. The side arms are crucial element to the design of this kennel. If the side arms do not engage, it will not stay in position. Bottom line, if it won’t assemble, it can’t be used.Do to the design flaw and safety concerns, I requested a return. I took exceptional care placing the kennel into the original packaging. We used a dolly to carry it to the car and to the shipping company. It is heavy. I paid over $200 to have the product shipped back.Today this seller sends an email stating that due to its used condition, they will only issue a partial credit, 50%.This product was in my possession for less than 24 hours. It was out of the box for less than an hour and if was never assembled, it could never have been used.

Best Escape Proof Crate Ever!
My son wears a multitude of "hats" regarding government agent military and law enforcement positions . He has been fortunate enough to have highly trained canine partners to help and protect him. I love the fact that he has these awesome dogs, but they are either Belgian Malinois or Dutch Shepherds - extremely smart and very resourceful wonderful dogs BUThis current dog is used to going to work and gets terrible separation anxiety when left at home. After about $10,000 of ruined furniture , torn up rugs etc. He was forced to crate his dog if he could not take him to work. This dog actually tore the doors off of 2 airline crates, and one wire stainless steel crate, then finally jumped through a closed window and broke it after he escaped the crate one day after being left alone for only 10 minutesNow this was getting dangerous to his dogI had to write all this detail so you would know how extreme this problem WAS and how this wonderful crate fixed it.Not ONE escape in 4 or so months now. !I cannot say enough praises about this crate!!!!! I know it's not cheap, but the money saved in ruined furniture etcetera and probable vet bills ( although he was not cut seriously when he jumped through a CLOSED window. ) is worth every penny. My only suggestion would be to get one or even 2 sizes larger than recommended. ( ah. Yes . . . Mom bought it )

Dog injured but didn’t escape
Very sturdy crate. Escape proof but expect your high anxiety dog to be injured. Our lab has broken through multiple wire crates, chewed through doors/walls and plastic crates in the past. This crate keeps him in but he damages himself. We spoke to the manufacturer but they said it’s not their problem and we need to figure it out ourselves. We bought the high anxiety crate with recommended door inserts. He has broken teeth, pulled out his nails and damaged his paws. We use the crate only during emergency times we can’t leave someone home because he almost always hurts himself. We feed him in the crate with the door open to try and acclimate him to the crate. Overall we are disappointed with the design and the opportunities for self harm presented by the crate.
