Although I am sure it’s just as effective as the old formula, (that had a delicious coconut flavor because the vitamin delivery carrier was coconut oil). I will say that we miss that, it was one of the perks of remembering to take it. Here are some differences my husband and I noted…. The flavor. It now has no flavor at all, and I am sure that some people will love that change, but we will miss it. The dropper / dose measurement. This is actually a great change. Now the dropper easily fills up to the desired measurement dose level. The new formula is thinner, and is easily loaded and dispensed. Smooth. The drops are really smooth and was to ingest. The oil is clear, and doesn’t thicken up like the old version. The labeling is different, as well as the description of the ingredients, to now include MCT oil. This is a great vitamin D supplement, with other health benefits as well. All told, we were happy with this product in the past, and I’m sure we will be pleased with the newer version. The liquid is easily and quickly absorbed for those who prefer liquid drops. We feel that for the quality of the product, the price is spot on, really a good value. We recommend this product, without any hesitation.

I don’t understand the reviews complaining about the taste. This has almost no taste to me. Just a slight taste of oil from the MTC oil.

Great quality product, so important to have K2 with vitamin D. It is also easy to take, especially for kids.

****Update as of 03-11-2025**** I purchased this mostly for my children, to help them get their vitamin D. They apparently don't seem to mind the flavor change and have been eager for their 'treat' every evening. Dr Berg customer service also reached out to confirm that their 'formula' hasn't changed but that they changed suppliers to get higher quality ingredients. I still think it's a good product. I am on the fence about continuing to order, and I hope they can improve the flavor still. Some other differences I noticed: Old bottle shows Potassium on the label, new bottle doesn't. Old bottle shows 50.3 mcg of K2 per serving, new bottle shows 50.0 mcg of K2 per serving. Old bottle shows natural vanilla mint flavor as the third ingredient, new bottle doesn't have it. Old bottle vs new bottle ingredient list has some other minor differences, see picture. Old bottle shows recommended dosing for different age groups, new bottle is entirely missing that portion. Maybe there is a reason for that, but I do use this for my young children, and that helps. There does seem to be 0.5 ml more in the new bottle, for what that's worth, hahaha. Most of these I do not care that much about, changing the product is not bad per se. But please improve the flavor Dr Berg! End of update**** I have purchased this product twice in the past 6 months, most recently in Feb 2025 and the time before that in October 2024. The first purchase I would have given four stars: it tasted really really good, had a smooth mct oil texture (it's not a pleasant experience for everyone, but you can adjust to the oily texture if you let yourself), but it would have particulates that would settle and the bottle would need to be vigorously shaken to properly mix for use. This newer bottle has clearly illustrated their formula change. I can't speak to the quality, but the taste is quite unpleasant. The color and texture is similar, though the new batch is a little more cloudy. I do not care about how cloudy it looks, but felt I should mention it. The taste between the old batch and the new batch is enough for me to not want to purchase this again. The old formula had a flavor of soft vanilla mint, a very subtle flavor that was actually more scent than taste. The new formula has a smell and taste that is hard to describe but is a heavy turn off. Dr Berg, please adjust the taste! Then advertise the new improved taste. I think many customers like the vitamin formulation and respect your desire for high quality, but the product only works if people take it, and we do not want to take this!

Always excellent, effective supplements from this line. Easy on the stomach too.

GREAT PRODUCT

Packaging and shipping was great. My missing star is the defective dropper. I have to fill it twice to get The Full Droperfull Dose. Its annoying. It has no flavor which makes it easier to take. I have not used it long enough to see if I feel a difference. But honestly I probably wouldn't no what I was suspected to feel like. But I have faith in Dr. Berg products and his healthy choices and decisions in what a body needs to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

I open n used almost 1 months n then inside the liquid it form many big n small white particle in the bottles ,so I STOPPED using it now. How???
