Very good. We like this!

I’m not sure what people expect when they order this but I believe they are expecting an actual mattress. This is not a mattress. When you search for floor bed or Japanese style floor bed, most people know what they are getting into or onto in this case lol. This is simply meant to be a cushion or buffer between you and the floor if you are on a journey for floor sleeping. It is well cushioned and much better than our makeshift to the beginning of our journey which was just blankets piled up. It’s perfect for floor sleeping. If you don’t want to sleep on the floor or feel like you are then I suggest you get an air mattress or real mattress. If you are intent fully sleeping in the floor for it’s benefits to your body or because you enjoy it then is just fine for that. It would also be perfect in a kids play room for a soft area or a kids nap mat (add a waterproof fitted sheet for that lol). Ordered a queen, true to size. Not flat like a blanket like others have said. It was rolled up right in packaging but not vacuum sealed or anything that would flatten it to that extent.

I purchased this as a spare bed and nap space when my grandkids stay for the day or overnight. The bed was packaged nicely when it arrived however upon unrolling it onto the floor I found minor flaws in the fabric (photos attached). I'm not sure if the damage was there before sewing began or if it was damaged during the sewing process. It's pretty annoying since this is brand new. I'm a little worried these flaws will grow bigger as the mattress is used daily for the youngest grandchild's naps but it feels like an even bigger inconvenience to try to return it. It definitely does NOT roll back up as nicely as it arrived. It's a struggle getting it tight enough to fit in the storage bag that came with it. The zipper already broke after 1 attempt. Overall, it's a comfortable bed for the grandchildren. It's much easier to setup than my old air mattress was and I don't have to worry about it deflating while the kids are sleeping.

After nearly two years of use, this mattress continues to perform as expected. The firmness remains consistent, and the quality of the materials is commendable, particularly the washable cover.

The futon itself is fine. Haven’t used it yet, but bought it for a car camping trip as an alternative to an air mattress. It was very comfortable when I tried laying on it. The issues are with the carrying bags and sheet. Both busted completely, and both are pretty necessary to traveling with the mattress. The bag could be replaced with any big enough bag, so I sewed a duffel bag out of an old tarp and it worked fine. The sheet is less of a sheet and more of a large custom pillowcase that the mattress zips into, so I had to sew it where the seams busted, making a smaller, tighter “sheet”. It busted on the very first wash because the seam allowance was too narrow and the seams not properly finished. I would have rather paid slightly more for a functional sheet and carrying bag rather than spending my own time mending things.
