Superb Quality and best use for home

Defective machine
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The sewing machine I received is defective and most of the important parts are missing. This is not what was advertised, and it shows complete negligence in quality check before shipping. I spent my hard-earned money expecting a working product, but instead, I received a useless machine. This experience is very frustrating, and I strongly advise others not to buy from this seller. I request an immediate refund or replacement with all proper parts included.

Damaged
The machine they sent, it's bottom rack didnot even open. It is badly jammed. Plus it has been already used and returned by someone for the same fault. The previous person seems to have tried to open it with oil and tool. Hence the scratches and lots of oil on the bottom rack. Plus, certain parts dont work. The whole machinery is jammed and for people to work with it, they can't even get to the bottom area and open it because it seems glued.
