Led Closet Light, USB Rechargeable 52-LED Under-Cabinet Lighting, Motion Sensor Activated Night Light with Magnetic Strip for Closet, Cabinet, Wardrobe (White 1pack)

Use this light for my closet. Its on the ceiling of the closet. At first I tried the tape strips that came with it but my ceiling is textured so the strips fell off about a week after installation. I ended up drilling two pilot holes near the ends of the metal plate and the screws were flat enough against it that the light was still able to hold onto it. So metal plate is stuck up there and all I do is grab the light when it needs a re-charge. Which I have had the light for a few months if not more and I only just did its first re-charge. So battery life seems really good! And re-charging it is fast. Brightness is also great for what I need. Motion detection does well, its about 3-4 feet above us and when I get close it detect me. Only small con is that if its somewhat light(dusk or very low light) the light wont go on. Overall quality seems great, and price was good too.

Bought this to light up our coat/shoe/storage/etc closet instead of turning on ALL the lights in the dining room its attached to, and it works GREAT! It arrived completely depleted of battery, and after only an hour or so of being plugged into my PC via the included USB cable, (red LED comes on when charging, turns green when done) it was ready to go! It came with a metal strip, and 8 rectangular sticky pads (to attach the strip to a wall) that went on easy and quick, and the light itself is magnetic so you can either attach it to the included metal strip, or something metal where you want to use it. The motion sensor works GREAT. It senses the door to the closet being opened, and starts lighting up right away, and is at full brightness in about a second. It stays on for about 30 seconds or so after I shut the door then it goes out. The closet gets a handful of uses per day, but not for more than a minute each time so we'll see how LONG the light lasts before needed a recharge. Its not SUPER bright, but I'd rather it not be blinding. I took these pics in the early morning with the sun behind the house so there was no direct light on the closet when open, and you can see how dim it is in there with no light on. With the light placed directly above in the door frame and shining down I can see everything pretty well. I might mount it on an angle to get more light aimed toward the shelves and coats in the future. Overall I'm VERY impressed!!

I had purchased this for the 2nd floor hallway. I have it set on motion sensor. Its super easy to install. Simply apply the double back tape the the metal strip that looks like a metal ruler and place that in the location that you want it at. Then place the magnetic lamp strip on it. Is easy to remove the light strip to recharge it. It stays on for about 20 seconds after the motion has stopped. The light switch is on the other side of my hall way. (I took the picture during the day time so the light doesn't look as bright as it actually is) It made things so much safer to walk. It's bright enough to light the hallway and partial bedroom at the end of the hall. It gives me a piece of mind when it turns on, that someone is there. Its normally the cat or my husband. Still it gives a great piece of mind for that and it wasn't that I thought I just heard something. I have it set on the edge of my book case in the hall way by the steps so it picks up motion from the steps and hallway. I recently purchased more for a friend who's enclosed porch does not have a light. She loves it and feels safe going into her house now that she can see what's in front of her. I also gave a set to my daughter who has a toddler now potty trained but cannot reach the light in the 1st floor bathroom. This worked out beautifully for that reason as well. I am about to purchase another set and put it on the middle step to make seeing the bottom portion of the steps easier as well. I also have them in my hallway closet that is not equipped with a light. Now I can see everything in it! I use it to store medicine and cleaning products. Simply close the door, a few second later it turns back off. I charge the one in my hallway every two weeks. The others I have are charged monthly.

I purchased these lights after doing a lot of research as for years I consider pop lights for my closet. I bought my first set then began a closet remodeling project. I decided to test the motion and brightness by installing them in my under the stairs coat closet. I was really surprise and impress at how bright just one light is let alone 2. So I bought 4 more (total of 6). In my second order I noticed one was switched to "On" no biggie as I was able to charge it and the metal strip was slightly bent. Installation was super easy and took seconds (me minutes as I'm a little OCD and I have sliding doors so placement in key) A few nights later I heard one drop (metal strip was bent) again thought no biggie made an adjustment. I came home from work and was sad to see that not only was the light on the new hardwood floors but so was the metal strip with the adhesive tabs facing down. Luckily no harm was done to the floor or the light. So I tried one more time, and had the same result. I reached out to iMENOU Customer Service explaining what was happening and only requested just a metal strip since the previous came bent. They weren't able to send just the strip, but did advise they could ship me a single light replacement. In about a week (maybe longer) I received my replacement as promised and everything arrived undamaged. I even received a follow up email from iMENOU Customer Service making sure that I received the replacement. I've struggled for sometime with customer services since relocating to CA as it just seems to be lacking now days. But this interaction has let me know that there are people and companies that still truly understand how to provide and execute great customer services. So thank you to those folks at iMENOU Customer Service. The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is the motion sensor can be a little fickle, which I read in other reviews. There have been a few times I've been under the stairs moving things around and the light goes out on me. But I have recommended them to everyone.

I used these under-cabinet lighting, in closets, in a washroom where the light switches are behind the door and hard for guests to use and in my laundry area. They are wonderful. The lights can be on continually or as a motion-detected setting. I am so pleased.

Ordered the package of two lights. One installed in a closet to view shelf items. The second light installed in a small room beneath a stairway to supplement an existing wall light. Both function well. Mounting the light was easy with the included metal strip and double sided tape along with the magnetic backing on the light. Motion sensor sufficient for about 10 feet. With no motion, the light shuts off after about 20 seconds. USB port very convenient for charging battery in the light. Ensure the battery is fully charged before using the light. Purchase cost was reasonable. I am satisfied.

Using this LED for extra light for display the brightness is good enough.

We installed a 2 pack as under-cabinet lighting. Brightness is reasonably good and construction is pretty solid. The only thing is that the motion sensor only works when the surroundings are very dark. I thought the product was defective at first, but then it started to work later in the evening. If you would like to use it to supplement lighting in an already lit area, you might be disappointed with the motion sensor and you'll need to turn it on yourself.

Great item. Not super bright but does the trick. I put it under my staircase for my hot water tank is on a small little storage area it does light up in there but it's not super duper great but it's easy to remove with the magnet so I can charge it
