Thank God for this thing...
I was dealing with nasty external ear infection caused by impacted wax which became waterlogged after two separate doctors tried to remove it. By my second appointment, the combination of pain and vertigo caused me to break out in a cold sweat and eventually get knocked out cold for a few moments. (For the record, I have a pretty high threshold of pain, but my ear canals are hyper sensitive for some reason.) The after effects of this were about 4-5 days of what I can only classify as excruciating pain and laying on heating pads. Needless to say I have tried EVERY OTC remedy and absolutely dreaded going back to the doctor. I tried pouring hydrogen peroxide and the softening drops in my ear, but the build-up was so sense that nothing could penetrate the "wall." The Debrox and other systems have a small bulb style syringe which doesn't cut it for deep impacted wax. It's pretty worthless for the tough cases. I also picked up a more true syringe style with a 3-directional sprayer (very similar to this one) which got comparable "stars" on Amazon, but the volume of water sprayed by it just wasn't enough. Oddly enough, the syringe on this one looks and feels somewhat cheap, and takes longer than one would hope to fill up since the accordion style design sucks up water pretty slowly. That's where the downside of the kit ends. The 3-directional sprayer prevents water from painfully striking the eardrum (eliminating the risk of perforation), and the VOLUME of water which it sprays is perfect and enough to flush out disgusting chunks of grossness from your ear. I was at my wits end until I found this kit, and slowly yet surely, over the course of 3-4 days, the progress has been awesome. This kit has managed to remove enough wax so that the hydrogen peroxide and softeners are beginning to penetrate deep into my canal and beginning the process of breaking apart the innermost layers of the awful build up. At this point, I feel like I'm only 2-3 days of putting this nightmare behind me. I'd give this six stars if I could. The price/value comparison here is unparalleled and totally worth every penny. Total life saver.

Helpful but Can Be Messy
The Mack's ProRinse Ear Wax Removal System comes with everything you need for ear care, including ear drops, plugs, and a wash tub. The ear drops are effective at softening wax, making it easier to clean your ears. However, I found the process to be a bit messy, and the wash tub could be more user-friendly to avoid spills. While it does help with earwax buildup, you may need to repeat the process a few times for optimal results. Overall, it's a decent option for ear wax removal, but be prepared for some cleanup afterward!

Good home remedy for mild blockage. But go see a doctor if you've not cleaned your ear ever.
**Bottom line: This is a very good product, good quality silicone nozzle and ear plugs, if your blockage is mild. **Warning: If your last cleaning was at least a decade ago and you've been using cotton swabs the whole time, you're better off go straight to the doctor and *demand* a professional cleaning. Using this product might further block your ear canal before any relief. My bf realized that he was not hearing as well in the right ear, and the doctor recommended using pharmacy otc solutions like this first, before seeking further help. After reading up the reviews on Amazon, I bought this product, thinking the all-inclusive package should work. He was not itching or hurting before using the ear drop. and the first night he didn't complain much, just that he didn't notice anything other than the drop oil inside his ear. The next a few days were anxious waiting for him to feel better, but his ear just got a whole lot irritated - it's blocked and it hurts. He constantly complained that he felt like he had water blocking his ear and just wished that he could stick a tiny vacuum inside for some relief. It was horrifying as we can't make a doctor appointment during the weekend and his ear canal looked very red and oozed. The flushing bottle could barely flush anything out. It was very frustrating to say the least. On day 3, in a desperate attempt, he carefully stuck our waterpik in there on the lowest setting... and after a couple of rinses, along with little bits of ooze here and there, a HUGE chunk came out. We thought that was it, but after I looked inside, it still appeared completely sealed. On day 4, we kept on doing the ear drop, tried the waterpik method again. Then another huge chunk came out. Next day, same story. he and I are both amazed at how much ear wax can be stuck in there... After we flushed the THIRD huge piece out, I could finally see the empty and dark ear canal that one should look like, and he finally stopped feeling that he got water in his ear... We would definitely recommend using this for seasonal "maintenance", but not for a quick fix of a serious condition. We were just lucky that our waterpik worked out, as the water stream can potentially hurt the ear canal. P.S. I didn't have any difficulty filling the flushing bottle up. Just take the nozzle off, fill the tank with warm water, squeeze the flushing bottle to the smallest possible, submerge the opening inside the water, then release. it'll suction and fill the bottle up by itself.

matériel salissant et qui ne fonctionne pas sur les bouchons de cérumen. Dommage d'acheter un produit pour des soins d'oreille qui n'est pas efficace

Good that it was delivered early than scheduled but the blue rinse tip is missing, syringe will not be useful after all.. 😏😣
