Great quality but high cost per calorie
Mixes very well (better than ON protein products) and has a very high protein to carb ratios plus tons of essential vitamins and minerals. Taste is quite good (Vanilla Custard) though nothing to rave about. Please note that the total calorie content per dosage is not the highest. It suits me fine, since at 640 calories it is just right to push a normal to slightly lower than maintenance diet into the bulking diet territory (so no complex re-computations needed) and has the right ratio of proteins, fats and carbs not to require re-computation of the rest of the diet. However, if you have very high caloric needs (if you are already a big guy and are struggling with diet targets of 3500+ calories or you are a true ectomorph), this may be an expensive proposition as you may need more than one scoop. At 14-17 scoops per package (depending on how high you heap your scoop) at almost 5K, this is very costly. If high protein content is not a requirment (or if you wish to further supplement with a protein powder) this is not the most cost effective way to gain mass. For pure quality and for medium size people with normal metabolism or slight ectomorphic characteristic, this is a great choice if price is not a consideration.

Tastes really good, mixes well. Had the chocolate before but was nervous about the “custard” part and some proteins vanillas just taste odd but this is very rich and creamy.

One of the most challenging parts about finding the right mass gainer for me was the amount of sodium and sugar that most protein powders contained. This one goes down really smooth, I’ve rarely had any issues with chunks after mixing with milk, and no feeling of bloating. I will definitely buy again!
