Product and delivery service were both excellent. The first piece had a small problem but the company agreed and replaced it immediately without any hassle. The product is good and allows for low oil frying.

Its been good, reviewing this product after 4years of using it. I loved it. Good for indoors.

Product quality is indeed good. Gives a branded feeling. Only drawback which makes it not worthy to procure it is the lid design. The internal vertical space after putting on the lid is so less that other than flat or tikka sized boneless pieces of meat or paneer etc. can only be kept covered. Forget medium or big sized meat pieces like drumsticks, thighs, breasts with the lid on. However can be used without the lid but unsure whether the food would get cooked overall properly or not. American Micronic perhaps should consider this aspect of design to entice customers.

A good grill to have at home. Easy to use and clean.The glass lid could have been designed a little better to allow for more space underneath after covering the hot plate. As of now , it is only useful as a cover to limit oil splattering out during cooking. Overall no other negatives. Well designed with a detachable thermostatic controller 15A power cord locating at the rear of the unit unlike some other makes which have it bang in front, which would probably mess it up while cooking. Go for it.

There are quite a few negative issues with this product. First of all the name is misleading. There is nothing American about it. The Lid is so poor in quality that it's rim is somehow just not falling off. It should have been snugly fit. Now, the effective hight after covering with lid becomes only around less than even 2 inches. Difficult to fit things inside with lid and without lid there is a fair chance of getting uncooked meat at the end. Then there are cleaning issues.

I'm so much satisfied with this product. It's easy to use, easy to clean ( just a paper tissue cleaning once the tray cooled down and cleaning the small tray below it that collects extra water and fluids from food while cooking) . I'm giving this review after using it.if the temperature exceeds the marked temperature it maintains stability in temperature like an iron box thus giving no space for burning of food. It has a thick glass cover that also help in no messy cooking. I'm super satisfied with the product.

This griller is by far the best that I have used. I use it on a regular weekly basis and can confirm that it is a very good product. Initially I had doubts because I didn't heard about American micron - but after usage I can definitely say that it is a good brand which has produced a quality product. Definitely go for it.
