No effect seen in 2 months
Although I hold NOW products in high esteem and have been a regular user from several years, this is the first time I am using Astaxanthin. My wife (57) and I (64) are on NOW Astaxanthin 4mg / day for close to 2 months but are yet to see any benefit. Shall continue for 1 more month and shall give it up if no effect. PS: 3 stars are for NOW and not for this product!

Benefits not known
I'm eating this regularly but not sure of the benefits. Don't know whether the hype around astaxanthin is worth considering after eating two bottles from different brands
