This is a really solid multivitamin for men. Contains many of the essential vitamins and minerals needed, whether through a strenuous workout or just life in general. For the price, you really can't beat it. A couple of the mentioned cons sub as waste through urine, dosage, I "supplement" hehe, by just spacing the dose through the day, even though some is excreted as waste, you still absorb and are able to utilize the minerals and vitamins that you need. It is a semi large pill, but I don't find that much struggle with it one by one.

This was okay. It seemed to work fine the first day, then each day after that these just made me so tired all day. It could be an overload on vitamins. There’s a high percentage of it in this bottle. It’s hard to see the label and the print is so small that I had to take photos of it and zoom in. And my eyesight is fine too. That’s when I noticed the warnings. Things like don’t take this if you’ve had a heart attack. I’ve never had that, but I do take blood pressure pills. Still it’s concerning if you’re fine. I then noticed the Green Tea extract is already almost 400 mg. That’s caffeine! I didn’t have racing heart or anything like that. But too much caffeine can also make you sleepy which may explain why I was crashing on this. There does seem to have some good ingredients in this, but then a super high dosage of others things in this. You also have to take 3 tablets. In the end I just don’t think this blend is for me and my body.
