How long are the handles on these cutters?

The handles are between 2 1/4 and 2 3/4 inches depending on the size of the cutter. The larger ones have shorter handles and smaller ones are longer. If you keep them stored in a holder with the cutter up, they are roughly the same height.

Can it be used to trim a rubber watch strap?
