Beautiful pot with lid. Small in size. Wish it was a bit bigger for all the work that goes into it.
It’s a thick pot, beautiful pattern. I have been using it to make my yogurt, so cannot comment on warmth. It’s a little pricey but quality is good. I have used it for about 2 months now.

Quality of workmanship
This made in India curry pot is not refined... is it really designed that way. Very rough, hard to clean andcover does not fit the pot itself. I still have to do a curry dish with it. Thank you.

Too tiny even for tea
I knew it was small based on the review but didn’t except it to be so shallow. Can’t even boil tea for more than 2 people inside

Clean it right away after cooking your meal
I love cooking in them , I completely replaced my pots with these clay pots, they heat up quickly and cool down quickly as well

Great, unglazed pot!
For those of you who don't understand, THIS IS UNGLAZED. Any liquid of hours, will bleed through. Be prepared. I love it!

Disappointing
I followed all the directions to temper and prepare the clay pot and yet the food had a funny smell while it was being cooked in it. There is a toxic odor that comes off the pot when oil is being heated in it. The cooking surface is very rough. The lid does not sit properly atop the pot. I really wanted to like it but I'm afraid I'm going to have to discard it. On the plus side it is sturdy and solid.
