Cheap yet good knowledgeable book having exact English translation of sanskrit verses
It is exact copy of Chanakya neeti by b k chaturvedi. Line by line are same except that book has some introductory lines about chanakya. If you like to read sanskrit its the book for you as its cheapest as it contains athe verses and its meaning. If you want more detailed explanation with examples and more knowledge about chanakya go for Chanakya Neeti by Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai which is the latest book. Though verses will be the same in both books only contents/chapters will be different, as i have attached pictures. 1st one is this book. If you want only overall knowledge in low budget this is the book for you. I got it for 123

Some topics are questionable.
The book is really nice with its quality, but content wise I feel for some aspects it shows hatred.Otherwise, a nice and wise book.

A book to read over and again
I bought this book out of curiosity read many tales about Chanakya in the childhood history book. So while browsing the book to buy on amazon I stumble upon this book and ordered it right away.Everything is writing in 3 languages Sanskrit, Sanskrit words in English to make it easier to read and lastly, the English translation for every Sanskrit word.This book provides Chanakya's view on certain topics. This book is full of excellent knowledge. After going through many of the Slokas, I found many of them are still relevant to this date which is itself very fascinating.This one is not a One Time ready-only book, you should read it once in a while.

True if you look to the fact, while keeping your emotion aside
Book is brilliance in quality. And we talk about the content, whole book is acknowledged with edict of hinduism. It judges the character of people in different field. It basically describes the perception of Chanakya. It also contains the contentment of some hard words against behaviour of people.It has also some harsh expression towards women but majority of it gives fact.Its a good read and worth a try. Please go through while keeping your emotions aside.The man who can turn a beggar to a king and great warrior of old time, respect his view..
