Accumeasure is a simple and effective device to measure fat thickness
The product is accurate and simple to use. You may use online calculators instead of the charts provided to measure the body fat percentage. Please check this link ([...]). In addition, if you are interested in measuring subcutaneous fat thickness of a particular location instead of knowing the body fat percentage. You could simply divide the measured thickness by caliper by two and then subtract epidermis thickness (typically ~ 0.1 mm).

Awesome and easy to handle
26% going to 22%. Awesome and easy to handle. UPDATE: Went to 18% then as of now hanging there... this little device separates the wheat from the chaff by telling what am I losing, fat or lean mass.

over priced equipment
Well the first thing is it works i.e you can calculate your body fat percentage. However looking at the piece of equipment made of PLASTIC the price should have been under 500 rupees.

de lujo, ninguna pega, hace su funcion y es economico. incluye ficha para anotar datos, etc, pero solo dice de probar con un pliegue, cuando en realidad por internet recomiendan hasta 7 pliegues. buscar y leer.

Pas de pile, un manuel très clair. Rien à redire, à part peut-être que les graduations auraient pu être imprimées des 2 cotés pour faciliter la mesure à gauche afin de pouvoir comparer avec la mesure à droite.

... kauft zweimal! Die Wahrheit dieses Spruches musste ich leider schmerzlich erfahren, als ich mir vor einiger Zeit ein billiges Caliper-Modell gekauft und mir gedacht habe, das würde schon reichen... Innerhalb kürzester Zeit war ich so angenervt, dass ich wieder auf die Suche gegangen und hier gelandet bin! Nun gibt es volle Punktzahl: Der Caliper liegt gut und der Hand, verzieht sich nicht, misst ohne sich ständig zu verhaken und der kleine Schieber "speichert" die Messung, so dass man sich selber messen und danach bequem ablesen kann ohne sich verrenken zu müssen und dabei die Messung zu verfälschen! Da ich mir ungern regelmäßig meine Speckfalten von anderen Leuten zusammendrücken lassen will war der letzte Punkt für mich sehr wesentlich! Ich kann die Zange nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Not sure why people are complaining about how flimsy or impossible it is to get a measurement with this device. It is the same caliper used by health professionals for decades and the guide explains exactly how to use it. I assume their real reason is that they were either too obese to use it (you need to use tape measurements, not calipers) or thought they could return it after a single use but found out you can't for hygienic reasons so they gave it a one star out of spite. Anyway, I personally purchased this to compare the BF% that my Galaxy watch measures me at which I believed to be inaccurate. Sure enough, it was by 3-4%. It works. Plain and simple. Watch a few YouTube videos on how to get the most accurate body measurements with the device and you'll be good to go.

Even when I was training myself to use it, that "click" sound that was generated by the smaller lever faded away, it kept sliding above the hole. Honestly I broke the entire thing out of frustration
