Is it okay for a teenager to use ? First time user

Tampons are okay to use for all ages and is a great and more hygienic alternative to pads. I am a teenager myself and these were the first ones I tried out and they are perfectly okay to use. They are great for first timers and are better than most of the other brands that I have used . They are easy to use and pull out and very absorbant. Just read the instructions that come with the box or watch YouTube videos on how to insert them and you should be fine. They changed my life.
