Just Nice In Every Way!
Our kitchen faucet has been a piece of junk for years. No water flow, usually leaked when turned off, developed a leak at the base, at the bottom of the swivel. So, we shopped hard. I brought the wife back here and we shopped together. She wanted a pull down faucet because our daughter has one. I definitely didn't want a Price-Pfister this time. It was about as easy to install as it could have been. Getting the old faucet out was actually harder. The one snag was our fault. Our (under sink) water filter's kind of a piece of junk, too. It has one of those retarded saddle clamps. You install that over the water line and the first time you turn it off, it punches a hole in your water line. It never did leak, but I had to go to the hardware store and play musical fittings. I had to come up with a T fitting with male on one end, female on the other end and a different size on the third leg. I ended up needing two fittings and a short piece of copper tubing and one extra nut and compression fitting. Had it not been for that, this would have been a breeze! The fittings on the hot and cold supply lines(on this faucet) don't use compression sleeves; they use rubber grommets. MUCH better!! The pull down hose connects to another hose coming out the bottom of the faucet. This was so ingenious! It literally snaps together! You just push the two hoses together and it's connected! (There's a spring loaded release mechanism so it can be taken back apart.) It's held down on the center hole by a nut. Moen provided a plastic tool with a different size on each end. You put the right end over the nut and put a screwdriver through the hole at the other end and tighten it firmly. The base plate they give you covers the other sink holes on a three hole sink. You're done! It's massive, impressive, and pretty gorgeous! We chose the stain resistant stainless steel one and it matches our sink perfectly and looks kind of "futuristic". The head has a very free moving swivel. On the head there's a flip button | lever that changes it from stream to spray. It goes back to stream by itself when you turn it off. It also has a button that adds water pressure when you push it. It also returns to less water when you turn the faucet off. The lever must go on the right side, the instructions say. It's installed and assembled and the whole thing with the lever drops into the sink. To use it, you move the lever to the right to turn it on and you rotate it up for hot or down for cold; it moves 90 degrees. The pull down function is real nice. They provide you with a weight that snaps onto the pull down hose, which is under the sink. Ours gets slightly stuck on a dishwasher drain hose. I need to get back under there some day and just move that hose out of the way. If it weren't for that, it would be perfectly smooth and perfect. DO NOT get the soap dispenser you can purchase with it on its page. There's another on made by Kraus that's much better. The nozzle is much longer and solves the problem of soap all over the counter and sink that many reviewers complain about with the shorter nozzle. It held an entire 22.6 ounce bottle of Dawn when we filled it, even though the docs say 17 ounce capacity. It went into the hole in the back right corner of the sink that we had left over from the sprayer that was part of the old faucet. And, though I was worried, it had absolutely no problem fitting next to the sink bowl underneath, which is another problem reviewers complained about. Just couldn't really be more pleased! It's a stiff price, but anything stainless steel is. The old "You get what you pay for" thing. Moen Sleek One Handle kitchem fawcet
This is a very high quality fixture. I bought a slightly used fixture that had a small scratch on the back side. The bags of hardware in the kit had not been opened so aside from the small scratch. it was a new, unused fixture. All parts fit together well and it took about one hour to remove the old fixture and install this one. Water stream excellent, easy to control and adjust. I like the sleek, simple apearance. Just need to put a small dab of black metal paint and I will be done.

Good faucet with caveats
This is an attractive faucet. We had it installed for us so don’t know if installation was easy or not. The flow rate is 1.5 gpm, so it takes a bit longer to fill the sink or a large pan, but with the boosted flow rate you don’t really notice when rinsing dishes, etc. HOWEVER, the boosted flow rate also makes the shower spray setting almost unusable, because it splashes so much. The handle doesn't move as smoothly as our old Grohe, but it’s okay. The pull-down hose pulls and retracts smoothly—just wish the hose was a little longer for filling things outside the sink. Overall, a good faucet, but not like the quality of the old Grohe faucets.

Great
I really love this faucet if that’s possible. Anyhow. With that being said. Well made, looks great, I like that you can push the button for more water Pressure when needed works for both spray and regular flow. It does not spot!! Which is fabulous!! Best thing invented was spot free stainless!! I would definitely buy again. Well worth the investment because I don’t plan on changing it anytime soon. I did find a Kraus RO faucet in spotless stainless also. It goes well with it. I’ll post a pic

Expensive.. but perhaps worth it
I had a professional plumber install this for me as I do not have any plumbing knowledge whatsoever and had no desire to mess it up. He had it installed in less than 15 minutes, so I guess for a plumber it's an easy install! It is taller than the faucet it replaced which is exactly what I wanted - it's the perfect height. It's also fingerprint proof in my opinion. I have touched this thing many times and cannot find a print anywhere. No leaks so far and the 'switch' to go from stream to spray has worked perfectly. It's a very attractive faucet and hope to have no issues for years to come. If there is one thing that I was not thrilled about was the price. It's not exactly what I like sinking a couple hundred dollars on, but I needed reliability, looks and functionality. By the way, the unit I purchased does not have the touch sensor, I figured it would be one more thing that could malfunction and would it turn on each and every time I needed to move the faucet handle, even when I didn't want the water on? No thanks

Love this faucet
Our kitchen faucet had really low water pressure and the plumber said it wasn't the water pressure to our condo, it was the faucet. He recommended the Moen brand since he said they have the least problems with it. This one matched our kitchen really well, and the water pressure is great! Love the turbo too, although we don't really need it. The installation was a bit of a challenge due to the under sink space (they had to remove the disposal) and there's a tiny bit of water seepage at the base of the faucet where it meets the counter so I'll have to get the plumber back to seal it, but the faucet itself is great. So glad we made the change!

Looks nice, feels cheap, dripping by second week
It started dripping from the valve handle by week two. Looks easy enough to access and tighten it up, but so soon? On a positive note, the installation was easy so it should be easy to replace.

Replaced an older cheap faucet as well as the sink in the kitchen. The difference between faucets is amazing. The new Moen looks great and so far functions really well. Smooth operation and the stream is excellent. A little pricey but seems to be worth it. I would recommend it.

Moen has great quality and functional faucets. This one is no exception. The pull down nozzle works well and returns in place easily. What Moen needs, however, is a colour blind test. Their idea of brushed gold is unmatched anywhere else. The colour is not gold. It's closer to champagne bronze but more brassy. It is incredibly hard to match. We went with champagne bronze pulls and that works, in most lighting. Sorta.

Faucet was professionally installed by a plumber we hired as we needed some other work done. This replaced a basic Moen faucet. Great looking faucet. Very solid and works well. I would definitely recommend it.
