Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water, Liquid, 4-ounce bottle

The product works very well for my baby! I have been using it for 3-4 months now and it has been the only thing that has worked. I was reluctant at first and I have tried everything else as well but this was it! My son loves the taste although a bit too sweet in my opinion, I give it with a medicine dispenser (with the dropper provided it is too difficult to give) and he takes it easily. Now his colics are gone, but I still always have a bottle in the house, just in case! I love it! It has helped us a lot! It is worth trying and seeing if it works!

This stuff is the only gripe water I've found that actually works. I've seen other reviews that say baby was sick... this has never made my baby sick. He enjoys the taste and it genuinely calms him down and brings out trapped gas. Has saved us on more than one evening when little one has been overly fussy. It's on the pricier side but has been worth it for us.

Money value expensive but it’s worth every penny for us. It works every time for my baby and i’ve been using it since she was a few weeks old. It doesnt have Maltitol like other gripe waters so it doesn’t cause a runny tummy! When colicky this really was a life saver. I’m still using it for her now at 7 months, far less than I did, but now she’s weaning, it seems to help settle her wind when she’s tried new foods and had a fair amount of veg! Remembering every baby is different, I appreciate it wont work for everyone, but for my LO, it’s been an essential purchase.

I got this for our baby to relief his colic pain and constipation. Also perfect for hiccups. Baby loved the taste of it and took it no problem. Really recommended for new mums.

I have a 4 week old baby and since birth she’s had terrible colic and gas pain. I had her on infacol and Weleda granules for the last three weeks and it deffinetly helped but I just didn’t realise how much it helped since switching the infacol for gripe water. The first 24 hours off infacol and only on the gripe water she was sick, coughing, legs shooting out, not burping with feeds, unsettled, screaming. Now I’m not saying it was the gripe water that caused this but I think we’re just sticking to the infacol now and the Weleda granules as that seemed to have worked for us. I think maybe this is still too strong for my baby even through it says 2+ weeks on the bottle, I will keep this as an emergency if I need to through the night to put it on her dummy to help her when she’s struggling but I will not be continuing the dosage with it. For the price I am pretty disappointed I was hoping this would be a miracle and cure my babies colic but didn’t really do much but settle her for 1 hour then she was in agony again.

We using this product already for 2 days and it seems to make wonders in a minute. I have tried many products available in my country and none of them really helped to my lovely baby but this looks really working and I am very happy about that as it makes my baby sleep like sweet little baby. But there are 2 BUTS that makes me worried and thats why I try to use this product as much rarely as possible. One of the BUTS is that in 2007, the FDA recalled apple-flavored Baby's Bliss Gripe Water after detecting the intestinal parasite cryptosporidium in a sample. This exact product seems to be ok, but the recall exists anyway and that makes me doubt the other products. The another BUT is that it contains Sodium Bicarbonate in each 5 ml dose there are 15 ml Sodium Bicarbonate and if used too often that could not be healthy for baby at all and can have a risk to cause some side effects if not used properly. But there is also important to mention that Sodium Bicarbonate provides relief from gas, teething, stomach pain, stomach cramps, stomach swelling, hiccups, and pressure of the abdomen. But as you know all the medicine says that there is risk to have side effects so choise is on you.

It worked very well for my baby and also does not give a nasty taste to my baby bottle like Woodward’s gripe water,obviously there is a price difference but it’s worthy.

Tried over the counter colic relief products and none seemed to work well. Did a lot of research and found this. We bought this because it had all natural ingredients and no E numbers. Started working straight away and my daughter who is now 8 weeks old seems to have no pain or excess wind. I know its a little expensive but well worth it. As I'm writing this review I'm also ordering a second bottle. Highly recommended to all the new parents out there.

Our 2 month old baby had horrible colic for the first 6 weeks for her life, especially during weeks 3-4. She would cry incessantly for hours. When we spoke to the doctors, they informed us that this was most likely "colic" a phenomenon for which they really do not have an explanation, that many children go through and for which we do not have any cure or treatment. We did our research through medical journals and mommy blogs alike and came across a recommendation for gripe water. Mommy's Bliss is a well known and trusted company, so we tried this. Thus far it has done an incredible job. While the instructions allow several administrations per day, we give her 1ml (through the provided syringe) first thing in the morning, then once in the afternoon and once at bedtime. It has not only helped her to remain calm, but it also has reduced her spit up. I am not sure what it tastes like - I haven't tried it, but she seems to like it. It is important to mention here at gripe water is NOT FDA approved. What does that mean? That means that gripe water, in any form, sold by any company, does not go through the rigorous testing for ingredients or efficacy that the FDA requires. And so, every bottle may be different and have varying safety profiles. There is certainly some risk, however, with our baby crying hours as a time, we had to try something and we were very happy that this worked.
