Is "medium coarse" suitable for tabbouleh where bulgur is prepared just by soaking in cold water? Needs a firm grain, not pasty, not crunchy. Thanks.
In duro brand, which grind is suitable to cold-soak for tabbouleh? i'm used to 1-1.5 hr. only lists medium-coarse, coarse, x-coarse, xx-coarse. thx.
