Eventually I did manage to assemble it perfectly, but the process was slow and frustrating. Operational Issues Once I finally managed to assemble the fan, I was eager to use it, hoping that its performance would make up for the tedious assembly. Unfortunately, I was in for another disappointment. After only a few minutes of usage, the fan began to emit an awful burning smell. At first, I thought it might be just a new appliance smell, but it quickly became apparent that this was something more serious. The smell was strong and pervasive, filling the room and causing concern about the safety of continuing to use the fan. I tried using it in a well-ventilated area, but the burning odor persisted, making it unbearable to use the fan for more than a few minutes at a time. Bought this one thinking that Havells products are good. but actually it is not. It is normal speed fan, and very noisy.
