It’s an excellent product, concentrated cherry powder mixes well with water great for all sorts of health issues. Lowering blood pressure is the main main reason I take it anyway I keep ordering that product is very good. Stay healthy.

I love all of Micro Ingredients products! I purchased this to add to my water for added flavor without all the extra non essential ingredients

Very slow in dissolving.
I prefer the liquid. The powder does not dissolve quickly and the measurements are off. I ended up having to add twice as much as the instructions suggested. It may work for some but I'm going back to the regular juice. For the price, I expected it to be better, dissolve quickly etc.

Not worth the money
Doesn't have any flavor its not tart at all like the juice no specific instructions on the label except to add to smoothies, tea, or yogurt. I wanted it for my water and its got no taste. Extremely unhappy with my purchase

This Organic Tart Cherry Powder is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory substance.
I have purchased 6 packages so far since I was recently diagnosed with gout and mild arthritis. Many doctors agree that 'tart unsweetened cherries' and/or tart cherry powder can reduce the amount of uric acid in a person's body. This has been very helpful to me because since I have been taking this product, I have much more flexibility in my fingers (and no more painful joint pain). This is likely due to the reduction in my uric acid levels since I have been taking this Tart Cherry Powder. Naturally, I still see my doctor regularly and continue to take my medication for arthritis, but I use this Tart Cherry Powder to enhance and augment my regular medicinal remedies. Best of all, it's fun and easy to take. I enjoy mixing it with various fruit juices or even sprinkle a serving of this on top of a vanilla ice cream dessert. It has a very mild flavor but it packs a very powerful punch as far as being a potent antioxidant.
