I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles to go to the bathroom regularly. It tastes great.

If you’ve had a VSG and are a constipated bari baddie, this product is for you! It reduces inflammation, relieves constipation overnight and is not harsh on the stomach. Every now and then I experience mild cramping but it’s bearable. I use nightly and it’s done its job by the time I’m ready for work.

I saw someone on Facebook that said this tea really cleans you out. It does work for sure so if you do have to work you should take it after work or on your days off. I work from home so I can drink it at anytime. I know some people say take it at all night but sometimes it hits me hours while I'm sleep 😴 so you have to figure out a good schedule that works for you. I saw another review where a man said he is a big person and that he used two tea bags. I did take one tea bag couple times and it was working, but after a while it seemed like my body got used to it so due to me being overweight. I started drinking with two tea bags & depending on what I ate that day and it's definitely explosive 🧨 so yes definitely stay by the bathroom if you decide to take two for sure. I do still use one tea bag if I just want a easy day 😂 but I have been on a better diet and trying to lose weight so this definitely works 😊

I ordered this to help with weight loss but the fast results in terms of having to go have already kicked in and I’ve only had it once.
