No Volume
I like the size, heft, and storage capability. The quality of the music is also great. However - there is not volume and if you turn up the internal amp past 2 there is significant distortion. I would use it more if I could figure out a way around that. I even use a palm-size amp, but it helps only minimally. It shouldn't be that hard to get volume out of such a good player.

Spend the extra get a sony hires player or a pioneer.
Interface operating system is awful.

Great sound from a little device
This small Hi-Res Audio device is truly a winner. I must confess that I had never heard of the iHaper brand before, but after using this player for several days it receives my highest recommendation. The sound that it renders through my Audeze LCD-2 and Audio Technica MSR7 headphones is fantastic. My other reason for my high regard is that navigating through your music files is very easy. I had bought a xDuoo Nano D3. The sound was great, but the ease of operation and finding your files was a nightmare! You won’t go wrong with this little player. Just load up your sd card and you’re in for some wonderful listening.

No other product like this one, that's for sure.
Look at the second photo for this player. Any device that's designed to accompany a lady into the weeds while she squats and relieves herself is a device that everyone should apparently have. In fact, I doubt believe that I've come across any other product in my over half a century lifetime that promotes itself as the perfect item to help you whiz in the woods. If they only included a digital wav file of water running to help you go then this would be a six star product. The better name that their marketing department should consider is the iHaper WhizWav UP (sound each letter out rather than reading the word meaning opposite of down).
