Was hesitant to pay a higher price for this HICCAPOP brand as there were many products that looked almost identicle. But it's reviews were great & the Lifetime Guarantee convinced me. Not everytime, but in my experience, most of the time you do get what you pay for. Upon arrival I put it away for the next time my granddaughter came for an extended stay. Time passed & when we finally opened to use it, I could see immediately it was EXTREMELY well made with very thick, quality material. Easy to set up & inflate & my granddaughter LOVED it! The raised sides proved to be an excellent feature since she sleeps so absolutely wild! She goes back to stomach to side, upside down, sideways, one leg over the side etc... all over the place! The bed is quite a bit larger than I expected. The inside "mattress" portion is flocked, which is really nice. Regular crib sheets & mattress covers fit great & the flocking seems to help keep them on the bed despite her nightly "gymnast" routine, lol. I was very impressed! impressed.had a small leak at one of the seams & was NOT looking forward to the hassle of calling customer service regarding their so called "Lifetime Guarantee". We'd only used the bed for 3 days when it started deflating. At first I thought it was just the bed "stretching" and settling as all air mattresses do so I added a bit more air. However by the 3rd day it was deflating pretty quickly & we finally found a leak at one of the seams. I had followed the exact inflating instructions, had not over inflated & my 3 yr old, 31 lb granddaughter was nowhere close to the weight limit. I huffed & puffed & rolled my eyes. I was agitated because I knew I was going to have to argue & throw a fit for them to honor their so called "Lifetime Guarantee" and get a replacement. I emailed the company & they responded within 24 hrs. The asked for a photo of where the leak was, even if the actual leak wasn't visible, my Amazon order #, and my shipping address. I got sidetracked for a few weeks, then saw where THEY had emailed ME that since I hadn't responded, they wanted to reassure me they would like the opportunity to rectify the issue. I sent the requested photo, order # & shipping address. The next day I received an email that my replacement was being sent along with my tracking number. The absolute most prompt, pleasant customer service team I have ever contacted! My husband works in manufacturing so I understand that despite all quality control measures, it is near impossible to have 100% perfect product 100% of the time. Every once in a while a defect will slip through. I just happened to receive a product that had a very small spot where the seam was a bit weak. I'm sure that's the reason for the photo, so if there are similar issues around the same production time frame, they can narrow down at what point the problem is occurring & rectify it. Despite our little issue, I would still purchase the same exact product again with no hesitation. The bed is of supreme quality & the company has integrity & a top notch, A+ Customer Service team willing to go above & beyond. I have complete confidence in recommending this product. The Hiccapop brand has thoroughly impressed me. If you're shopping around like I did & are considering a little less expensive item, DON'T! BUY THIS BED! I can assure you from experience you are receiving a worry free bed of excellent quality. Worth every penny! UPDATE SEPT 2021: BE AWARE!!! I just went to request a replacement mattress for this bed as there was a leak. I reached out to Amazon about the warranty and they stated that I needed to reach out to the seller. The seller said it wasn't their problem and told me to bring it up with the manufacturer and I was just told today that the manufacturer DOES have a lifetime warranty on this product BUT the lifetime warranty is NOT VALID in CANADA! I have opened a case with Amazon to escalate this to the seller B&B GLOBAL INC. in hopes to get my replacement.I will add that the MANUFACTURER has been AMAZING to deal with throughout this ordeal. If you are in the US - this is a great product and backed by a great manufacturer. Any buyers in CANADA - BEWARE!!!This bed is super easy to setup and to pack up. I've had no issue with it leaking air/deflating. My little guy (2.5yrs) loves it. He sleeps so well in it and the sides are high enough that it keeps him from falling out. I would definitely recommend this product!
