The third part, meant for third standard, too was as expected. We have used for last 6 months now and I think I should write review of it. Book teaches concepts in a very easy and graphical way. This is followed by small exercises like "Let's Do" and "Practice" sections which help students to practice what they have learned. For word problems, the chapter has a section "Problem Solving" at the end which provides a variety of mathematical problems, few of them bit difficult but interesting. Those help make the students clear their concepts. "Mind stretcher" provided at the end of some chapters offer quite a challenging problem with step by step approach on solving the problem. This teaches students "how to think" for solving the problem. The practice book provides ample of sums for practicing. Each section in the Course Book has corresponding section in Practice Book. This book too has a chapter called "Mental Maths" which provides some techniques for doing mathematical sums quickly in mind.
