Clear markings, decently strong.
I bought this to replace a gauge which cracked in the arctic wastes of Devon while I was away in winter. It fits my old holder which is handy. The white markings against the light green plastic are clear and very visible. The plastic appears to be pretty tough, and probably the most important thing, it seems to be accurate.

Simple and effective
Does a good job effectively. Simple to use, simple to read. Downside is they don't survive in severe winter weather very well. I have had several of these over the years and are value for money.

Easy to read and comes with a pre-printed monthly spreadsheet to record your rainfall.Don’t forget to photocopy it for next year !

Does what it needs.
Great little product for the garden had ordered another one from other seller but came damaged and this was a lot better packaged and better quality! Easy to get in-ground and remove, and easy enough to read it has water in. Down side only is evaporation is pretty quick so if you need key measurements go out after the rain.
