So, here's the honest truthful review: The smell is very distinctive and not pleasant. Smoke isn't pleasant to begin with, I get it, but when smokers themselves tell you to butt out due to the stench, you know you have issues. I have to smoke these alone and even then, the odour stays on your clothes and your breath. BUT, flavor is barely average and taste is ok. Which is good considering it's a 'healthy' cigarette. If they could improve the flavor and get rid of the horrific smell I would definitely buy these again.

These are good! They are more for the oral fixation. You don't feel the smoke in your lungs like a real cigarette. My partner also says they stink, but I don't notice. All in all I like them it takes the edge off sometimes.
