Finally found time to try this out and am very pleased with it. The LED display makes setting up easy.

Doesn't work, unit won't cycle higher than 12.6
This item doesn't cycle higher than 12.6v no matter how far you wind it. See video, excuse shakiness it's hard to hold camera and turn the dial at same time in cramped space. Can this item be refunded? - very annoying as this was the last bit in a chain of things, so a fair bit of time has been wasted due to a product that doesn't come doing the single thing it's designed to do.
