If you own a Multiplus this is an essential item and as with other Victron components it just works flawlessly.

“IT JUST WORKS” 👍🏼
I ran out of VE direct ports on my Victron set up. This allowed me to add an additional MPPT and it worked instantly. It is quite expensive for what you get, but maybe it’s reassuringly expensive.

Needed these for a victron monitoring system I was building, they perform great and zero glitches.

Easy to usre
Used to configure our victron multiplus 2 to change the battery type and input ampage amongst other things. Downloaded the software from Victron website for Windows 10. Had an issue where it wasnt detected when plugged in but worked out i needed to extract and install the drivers. Went to device manager, searched for updated drivers and pointed it to the extracted download. Once that was done had no issue finding the new COM port in the software and then connecting to the multiplus 2.

Won't ruin your inverter
It's expensive for a cable but don't try and save money, if you got Victron equipment follow through and get the genuine cable too. Not worth the risk, even if you save £10 buying the counterfeit ones.
