Clean shoes!!
Just tried the Kiwi Neutral Express Shine Sponge, and honestly, it’s awesome. Super easy to use — just a quick swipe and my shoes look brand new. No mess, no weird smell, and it works on all colors, which is a big win. It’s perfect for a fast shine before heading out the door. Small thing, but it makes a big difference — definitely keeping one of these in the cupboard (and probably my car too).

Dry as a bone just a piece of sponge. Had a reply from KIWI regarding this defect. They replied: Thank you for your reply. As Kiwi Express Shine Sponge is not a product that we are selling in the UK, we would suggest reaching out to the seller (The Imports Mart Ltd.) for further assistance. Should you have any further questions, please let us know. Kind regards, Even KIWI weren’t bothered.

Not spread liquid as well as my very old one does even now. Disappointing .

No polish dry sponge
Sponge dry, no polish. So clearly a complete waste of money. Having used this product before I know what it’s meant to be like.

Old stock
Manufactured 2 1/2 years ago and has dried out. They must have known this is old stock! Very poor. Update, Johnsons say they have have not sold kiwi products in the UK for at least 2 years, this must be some kind of scam but trying to return it through Amazon doesn't work!
