I have eczema on my lips that flares up during the winter, so I was unbelievably excited when I saw this hydrocortisone lip balm mentioned in a Best Lip Balm article on Wirecutter. This stuff really works, and it’s genuinely long-lasting. I put it on before bed when I’m having a flare-up and my lips are super chapped, and in the morning, all the dead skin peels right off, leaving soft, moisturized lips behind. I usually only use this lip balm when I’m especially chapped/having an eczema flare because hydrocortisone is a steroid, so it can thin the skin with long-term use. Obviously, it’s a little pricey, but it’s worth every penny. Love that it’s unscented, too, because my eczema is triggered by scented products. 10/10 recommend!!!

This is one of the best products I’ve ever used and definitely the best for chapped lips. My badly chapped lips were healed in a day. I never want to be without this balm. I’ve used products that cost 4x as much that didn’t perform.

This stuff is amazing!! Does great for chapped lips. At the first sign of a fever blister, will knock it right out before the breakout. Love it!!

I was recommended by my dermatologist to get this as I suffer from eczema and have had the worse spell of my lips itching and never experienced this before. I used it and seemed to help at first but it seems as I almost got used to it by time I used the whole stick that it wasn’t helping much anymore. I probably would still buy again as it was nice and helped but didn’t really go away. Still have yet to find any that has completely healed it.

Magnificent! I get recurrent eczema flareups on my lips often and nothing worked long enough until I found this. This product constantly keeps my lips moisturized, supple, smooth, and they are so much healthier now that they are a little lighter and pinker, and they almost look a little fuller because of the health.

The best lip balm ever. Period. I'm on accutane 20mg (daily) for the last few months and in general have always had very dry lips cuz I'm always licking them making it worse. Ive tried all best ones in the market- sisley, clea de peau, rms, by terry, la roche posay, burt bees, jack black, blistex etc you name it and I must have tried it. However, this one is the best of them all. It really helps with chapped peeling lips. I normally use this and then use my other lips balms all through the day. The only negative is the taste/smell. I don't like that one bit but it's a tiny price to pay for healthy lips.

This worked on chronic chapped and painful lips from first use. This doesn’t wear off and you can get by with applying just once in the morning. expensive for the quantity but given it has long staying power and analgesic i think it will last a very long time.

This is the ultimate solution for anyone who couldn't find a cure for their cracked lips which just wouldn't heal no matter what you did. I even visited dermatologists whose recommendations didn't work for me. The price is totally worth for me because I was at the verge of giving up because nothing else worked for me.
