Probably the best
I'm not a super meat head muscle workout guy, but I went from being very active about my nutrition and macros and then had an accident which left me disabled so my needs changed. This fits different needs, but is still really really exceptional. If you're a gym rat just looking for *only* plain old bulk protein to take after workouts, or you reeeeeeallly take a lot of it, honestly I'd get a big giant tub of bulk powder from like muscle milk or optimum nutrition. The price is just too good to ignore, & plus you can add another scoop or two to double or triple the protein. You can't really beat it, other than taste. Speaking of taste, whether it's a pre-mix or powders, I've never, ever ever ever tasted a protein shake that tasted as good as this chocolate one. Dozens & dozens of brands over the decades, & the only one that comes close was the OG Muscle Milk recipe in the old tetra packs from like 15-20 years ago, before they were bought by Gatorade or whoever. This has NO right tasting as good as it does, with as little sugar, calories, & fat. PLUS having artificial sweeteners like stevia & sucralose. One reason I despise pre-made shakes, zero calorie & low sugar drinks is because I have a very strong detection of artificial sweeteners, but I can barely tell these are there. On top of that, 42 grams of protein in 14floz? I don't know what magic Fairlife did, but it's incredible. One thing I will say though, is if you're taking a protein drink for pretty much anything other than supplemental protein replacement, this doesn't offer too much else. The "vitamins & minerals" aren't too impressive, and though a high protein drink can make you feel full or satiated, calories & fat are important too. As stereotyped it is, something like Ensure has a really good blend of calories, fat, sugar, and a lot of vitamins. There is a reason it's used all over hospitals & nursing homes. Plus the Ensure "Plus" & "Complete" have 16g & 30g protein each, respectively. They don't taste as good as the Fairlife does, but they're actually not too bad, since they use actual sugar. However, those really are meant for convalescing & true meal replacement, not bulking & training. The only other downside is price really, at $40-45 for a 12 pack, these aren't cheap. However, when compared to a good alternative like optimum gold at about $25 for a 12 pack, you're getting almost double the protein in each drink from 24 to 42, and they're 14oz instead of 11oz, so you're getting 168oz compared to 132oz, which is like getting 3 more drinks worth. It's still a bit costly per bottle, as an Optimum Nutrition/Pure Protein/Premier Protein 11oz pre-made at $25 a 12pk will be a little over $2 each, & the Fairlife 12pk @ $45 is about $3.75 each. Still cheaper than if you went to pick one up at the gym or a gas station or something, a single would probably be $5-7, so there's value there in bulk. If it's worth it to you, that's up to your wallet. Another plus is they are SNAP/EBT eligible, so that's a massive W. If you take loads & loads & loads of protein every single day, and lugging a shaker with powder around isn't a problem, bulk powder is gonna be a LOT cheaper. However, if you only drink one every couple days, and don't want to deal with the blender/shaker hassle, and most importantly want the best tasting shake, this is it. This stuff is awesome, & I'll 1000% be trying the vanilla and strawberry as well. The chocolate is an easy 5 and worth trying.

Absolutely the best.
The 42g Elite Core Power doesn't taste like a protein shake, it tastes like the most smooth and easy drinking chocolate milk that you've ever had. This is the perfect grab and go meal replacement or supplement. I use it post-lift, to get my daily average of 150g protein. The best part is that unopened bottles do not need to be refrigerated, so you only need to chill your next bottle. It's amazing that Fairlife found a way to produce an organic milk product that is lactose free, low in calories, low in sugar, and this high in protein.

My Dietician Approves — and I Actually Look Forward to Drinking This Every Day
I write reviews often because I genuinely rely on them when deciding what to buy, and this one deserves a proper shoutout. The Core Power Elite shakes have quietly become one of the most useful things in my daily routine — not just a “fitness” product, but an everyday lifesaver for anyone trying to hit protein goals without choking down chalky powders or mystery ingredients. I first tried it because my dietician recommended finding an easy, high-quality protein source I’d actually stick with. I was skeptical — I’ve tried countless shakes that taste like cardboard or leave that artificial aftertaste. But the first sip of Core Power changed my mind. It’s *delicious* — smooth, rich, and satisfying without being too sweet or heavy. I’ve had both the chocolate and vanilla flavors, and honestly, both are winners. What really sealed it for me, though, is convenience. On busy mornings or when I’m running between meetings or workouts, this shake is an instant 42 grams of protein — no blender, no mess, no excuses. It’s real milk protein, and it keeps me full longer than most quick meals. My dietician even gave it a thumbs up for ingredient quality and nutrition profile. I now keep a few bottles in the fridge at all times. Whether you’re serious about fitness or just trying to stay nourished during hectic days, this drink makes it easy. It’s one of the rare “healthy” products that feels like a treat instead of a chore.

Great tasting
Not much to say. These have way more protein than its normal counterpart while still tasting like regular chocolate milk. People always say to just make your own protein milk, but there's never any clumpiness and it might as well be a nesquick. Not my experience when making my own protein milk. Well worth the money.

Great stuff!
We purchase regularly. It's expensive but nice taste and filling. I use it to get the amount of protein I'm required.

Expensive!
My only complaint is cost, these taste pretty good, high protein content, no upset stomach or bloat, just wish they were more affordable

Yum
These may be the best-tasting protein drinks ever because there's no weird aftertaste. I have tried them all, and this chocolate is divine, and has such a smooth, creamy, light texture!! I saw these recommended by a nutritionist, which is why I chose them. They have a fantastic amount of protein, which I love. I don't have one every day. They are there for when I need to supplement. Highly recommend!

Best tasting protein shake
I am a huge fan of fairlife, it's one of the only brands that doesn't upset my stomach. I use the brands white label bottle that has around 20g protein on a regular basis to meet protein goals, so I decided to try Core Power to get even more protein in on heavy lift and cardio days. The Core Power macros and calories are perfect for a pre or post workout, and low enough to work into almost any diet except maybe strict keto that does not have a little wiggle room. The only con is that it still has a slight protein shake taste that the brands white bottle doesn't, but it still overall tastes and smells like a smooth chocolate shake and keeps me filled and satisfied until my next regular meal. The price point is a little high, but worth the convenience of being pre-made and having a better taste than every protein powder tubs I have tried in the past.
