AFF 3 Ton Engine Crane - Hydraulic Engine Hoist - Heavy Duty

Cylinder leaking and won't hold a load from the the very first lift. We need a new hydraulic ram sent to us as soon as possible. I had filled out the product support form but have not heard from anyone. Emaiked them with no response. Called and no one answers, left voicemails and no one calls back.

Very solid built.... my only complaint is there no instructions on assembly. 6 bolts all very close in size and the instructions doesn’t which one goes where... so little trail and error ... called the factory very nice people but said there where no detailed instructions.....very compact folds up

The engine hoist works fine. Was delivered by semi truck on a pallet I used a forklift to unload. Assembly was straightforward but I have used these before. No instructions. Bolts all look the same but are different grades. Use the 8.8 grade bolts where needed, softer ones for non critical spots. My reason for 3 stars is amazon clearly states origin is USA. I double checked the part number and on the net it always comes up as a domestic product. I paid twice as much for this because I thought I was getting an American made product. You know the whole pay extra support USA workers thing. The hoist clearly says Made in China on the box and on the hoist. The welds and steel seem to be of better quality than the HF ones out there, but I was disappointed where it was made. It weighs about 200lbs. I'm sure it will do the job I bought it for, but I probably could have gotten the same product for 300 bucks.
