This was easy to setup after putting in 4 AA batteries (not included). I used it to look inside a small pipe and also up into my attic space, as I don't have a ladder.The image quality is good, and it reads the mini SD card I had laying around the house (not included). I plan to use this to explore further around the house. Excellent for the price.

I wish i bought one of these a long time ago. If like me, you are a DIY-type/handyman person and are going to be cutting into walls, this is a great tool to have. I decided to rewire the Coax lines coming into my house (i recently bought a new house and the original locations where these lines were installed is not acceptable to me). So i had to punch a number of holes into walls and that always makes me uncomfortable when i could be close to electrical power. But now, with a tiny little 1/4" hole, i can determine with confidence thaat i am not going to be cutting into any power lines.The camera works great and in most cases, i did not need to increase the lighting by more than 2 levels (seems to have about 8 levels total). The flex-line holds just fine and i can move the camera around (inside the wall) with no problems.The only complaint i can come up with is minor... the buttons on the hand-held unit can be pushed by accident as you move the camera around however, other than recessing the buttons, i dont see any other place where the buttons could be placed. And once you have hit a few buttons by accident, you learn to handle the hand-held unit differently.The view from the video-screen is very clear and precise so I gave it 4-stars and if it holds up for at least a year, i would go 5-stars.

I ordered this product with the recording capability for my husband's home inspection business. We received a few incorrect shipments because of mislabeling in the Amazon warehouse but the company was prompt and very helpful in quickly sorting out the issue. We now have the correct product and it works exactly as expected. He is now able to take pictures of pipes and other areas that he would not normally be able to access during home inspections. My husband is very happy with his new toy! We will definately recommend this product to others.

Nothing was wrong with this, I guess it just was not what I was expecting.

Needed a reasonably priced inspection camera to find pipes located in ceiling of finished basement space. Only needed to drill 3/8" hole a couple of palaces in drywall ceiling to locate pipes before cutting an access hole for the plumber. Saved money and did not have to cut multiple areas to locate pipes. The color display and the ability to take pictures and videos was a plus. Takes 4 AA batteries.

This thing is great for seeing into dark corners and holes. Taking pictures and videos is difficult-- partly because of the very low resolution and camera's inability to auto-focus on objects very close to the lenses (which is almost everything one would look at with an inspection camera).The battery life is pretty disappointing. And while it comes with several attachments, the most notable being a mirror attachment for seeing around 90 degree corners, I can't get it to work. If you can't manage to bend the camera 90 degrees and get that into your inspection hole, you'll be stuck trying to figure out just what the camera is pointed at.The "chord" that connects the end of the camera to the screen is very long and not malleable, so it's good for manually probing around and feeling for obstructions. But this same length and rigidity that makes aiming the camera and orienting it exceptionally difficult.It was a good learning experience, but I'd strongly recommend a higher end product if you're looking to do anything more than play around with a new toy.

The media could not be loaded.  This budget inspection camera is very easy to use, I bought it to inspect the top of cabinets for termites damage. Since then I used it to inspect under sink plumbing. Even records video so you can document any damage or repairs.It does the job for reasonable price!

This product does not focus when you get the camera close to an object. What is the point of having a bore scope with zoom if everything is blurry.

Screens a little dark and not overly clear but did the required task .

Used for looking down cylinder to see piston on our street bike.

Camera works well and the light is a bonus but the screen is the weak point of this product. The contrast and view angles are horrible and unless you are holding the screen at the perfect angle, and the light in the room is good, you cannot see anything.
