I thought this supplement only had Calcium + Vit D3. Otherwise, it meets my doctor's orders.

They are smooth going down.
They are easy to swallow, all others, some for less, will not go down causing choking to get them out. Fortunately my favorite warehouse has them online.

Excellent source of calcium.
I rated this a two on easy to swallow because it is a large pill. However, I allow it to dissolve in either applesauce or yogurt; it is palpable and then much easier to swallow. However, I cannot swallow large pills of any kind, so perhaps others will not have a problem. I believe it is an excellent source of calcium; however, my doctor told me to also take vitamin D3 to promote absorption (regardless of the brand).
