WHOA!!!! this thing works!!! pulled the cover off after 8 months and my water was clear!!! Pool still needs to be cleaned but it was nowhere near pond scum like it was last year. I highly recommend this thing!!

Every year when closing the pool, I’d shock, vacuum, water crystal clear…I’d use a winterizer from a box dumping a bunch of nonsense in and sadly, the following year when opening the pool the water would be green.Last year, I thought I’d give this Winter Pill a try, and just took the winter cover off and the water is CRYSTAL CLEAR!! I’m in Chicago, so while it’s nowhere near pool season, I had to take the cover off because I have a leak in my liner and there’s only about 1 foot of water so I didn’t want the sides to cave in, so getting a new liner installed next month so the clear water is for nothing but I’ll definitely buy this again! Super easy, just poke a hole and throw it in!!

I was afraid to take the cover off the pool because I was expecting green water. It is crystal clear. There are a few bugs on the bottom but that's easy to clean up. The winterpill really works. I'll definitely use one again.

Still new at this pool chemical balancing thing but tried this out this past winter. When I took the cover off the other day the pool although a touch cloudy ( when the water was tested the Ph was high >8 and the chlorine very low .19 so I am sure that was the issue and after correction it was clear ) but it was not at all green which was my fear. So I will use it again this coming winter.

Awesome results, not sure what chemicals are in this, but one pill kept my 30,000 gal pool from looking like a swamp when I uncovered it! Truly amazed by how well this works. I did not expect to see blue water when the cover came off. I get a lot of wind that brings in dust, leaves, and pine needles, even with a cover on all winter. All of that was still there, settled at the bottom, in crystal clear water. 100% recommend.
