A constant purchase for me
Purchased this many times. I trust this brand and their quality. Also, if you look at the nutritional label and do the math, you really only need to take 1 a day which stretches the cost per pill even more! Note that you'll pee out the excess B-2 vitamin in here and your pee will be bright yellow, but that's normal for B vitamins.

I could be crazy but ever since I started taking these daily I feel better and my brain fog has been gone (not the reason I got these). Just be aware your pee will be neon yellow.

Capsules open so you can add to protein shake
Good quality and a commitment to customer service. I hope they actually do quality test this ingredients because we reaLLy like the capsule form of this vitamin. I open it and sprinkle the contents in my protein shake. I do feel good afterwards. So, there you go.

Havnt been getting sick taking this for over a year. I think this work paired with vitamin D in the winter. Also Magnesium L-Threonate helps me personally. I trust Life Extension products and won't buy from anyone else.
