Great for helping prevent hangovers or recovering from a hangover. It provides more electrolytes then most sports drinks and has far less calories. If you are using to help ward away a hang over I recommend drinking half the bottle about 15-30 minutes before going to bed followed by 20-24 ounces of water. Then, in the morning, consume the other half of the bottle followed by around 12 ounces of water. This usually does it for me after a night of moderate drinking. If you are using to treat a hangover I suggest you drink 1 bottle in about an hour, then followed by about 32 ounces of water the next hour. If you are still feeling dehydrated follow with another bottle in the next few hours. A note about the "advanced" Pedialyte as opposed to the normal kind. I find it much more effective for me. It contains probiotics whereas the normal kind does not. Usually when I get a hangover it involves a sour stomach or other digestive symptoms. When I drink the advanced kind it seems to help prevent these from occurring. This does not happen when I consume the regular kind. I don't know if this would work for everyone, but if you get gut problems after drinking you might want to try the advanced kind.

tastes like kool aid but did add maximum health benefits for speedy recovery. The cap was easy open one of the best safe effective beneficial products for kids to use. Easy pour bottle maximum strength as expected from pedilyte

I have a disorder that affects my legs so I have to go to the emergency room when my legs won't support me. I thought I was drinking enough water but found out I was very dehydrated and since I don't like the taste of Gatorade, I thought I would try Pedialyte. They had the very flavor I would have no problem drinking - Cherry Crush which reminds me of Kool-Aid. Now I buy the 8 pack of Pedialyte so I can drink that when I get thirsty.

Love the cherry punch Pedialyte, was advised to use when I was having chemo for the electrolytes but I still love this flavor and drink it regularly .

Product as advertised and arrived on time. Too expensive but have the marked cornered. Really and truly helps when you're feeling depleted or dehydrated. I swear by this product. I wish them made it with less carbs though. Not great for diabetics.
