Now that I know....
First, vibration isolation is important. This product looks great and fits well. The only problem is the stud is fused with a 22ga plate and cannot take ANY torque. I suggest 7-9 lb' or far less than you would normally torque a m8 bolt. The break very easy....

I had to buy another set because my first set that came with the bracket one of them got cross threaded. And I didn’t like that so I bought another set and they were fine. Would recommend this product to anyone hanging a mini split

cheap junk.dont overtighten
very easy to overtighten and snap

the mounting bolts are short for mounting the compressor to it's stand

AMAZING.
Mounting my mini-split on the side of a steel building...I knew vibration and noise would be an issue before I installed it...but being hard headed, I tried the cheesy foam cushions that came with the system. The entire wall reverberated. I ordered these and the mounts are amazing! They are stout made. Now I cannot tell if the compressor is running from inside. GREAT PRODUCT Do not get carried away tightening them. Snug is all you need.

Good for needs
There is a rattle. Overall ok. Gets as loud as we need it to. Bigger on size than we expected but has wheels.

They work as they should
I bought these to dampen the noise coming from my mini split on the side of the house. Worked great, no complaints so far.
