Love everything about this product. I brought a tumbler from another company originally to brew my loose leaf teas and the strainer holes were too big so I started looking for a better product and found this. From the outside package to everything inside, the quality is just unmatched. I can brew anything I want now because the strainer has pin holes instead of larger holes, the little handle makes for fast and easy removal and it's easier to clean since both sides of the cup can be removed. The sleeve makes for easy carry and the designs on every element of the product are beautiful. Highly recommend.

This is literally my first day using this thing, but I really must say I'm impressed! I've been slowly ditching energy drinks for healthier alternatives such as coffees and teas, mostly teas. Loose leaf "Dayholic" tea is truly amazing if you decide to look it up. I originally had a plain thermos but was having a tricky time figuring out what's the best option to fill it! I either made a pot of tea, which required a lot of tea to brew, or the traditional "mesh ball" method which didn't make enough tea. I later found this stunning flask that is both stylish and functional! The mesh strainer is super fine, so you will not get any loose tea flakes escaping into your drink, and once again, the glass is just beautiful. The sleeve also keeps your drink hot longer and one side of the flask has a foam pad to avoid easy tipping on a smooth surface. Truly impressed, and will definitely recommend especially for loose tea!

Pretty satisfied with the product and the customer service. I’ve used a couple other infusion bottles before, but this one is easily the best because it allows you to drink from both ends and it also gives you the option to flip the bottle so that the infuser is at the bottom. Most of the other bottles out there only give the option to have the Infuser at the top. I haven’t had any luck with those ones because whatever you’re infusing tends to float at the top of the liquid and doesn’t really steep very well. I don’t have that issue with this bottle. I also like that the infuser filter has a lid so weather the bottle is upside down or right side up, whatever’s in the infuser does not come out. You can literally drink from the end of the bottle that has the filter, the liquid will just flow through the filter into your mouth without any leaves or whatever is inside your infuser getting in your mouth. The infuser pops in and out. It’s very satisfying when you put the infuser into the bottle because it snaps in place and makes a very satisfying sound. My recommendation with this bottle is when you have very hot liquid in it, leave the top cap cracked a bit so pressure can escape the bottle. I was curious how this infuser bottle would handle that kind of pressure so I tightened both caps with hot liquid inside and some of the liquid ended up seeping in between the two layers of glass. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement within two days. This infuser bottle also comes with a protective sleeve, which is detrimental to these types of bottle. I’ve been able to take mine on the go, it’s been in heavy duty diesel shops, automotive shops, and in semi trucks and it’s still in one piece as well as kicked around my heavy equipment dealership. Also, one other thing that I really like is even if you choose to have the infuser on the top of the bottle, it will still completely submerge the infuser everything inside the infuser will still be underwater versus many others that have an open ended infuser and the contents just floated to the top.

Everything looks very nice from the tumblers themselves to the insulated jacket to the packaging which we also saved. Save the packaging for safe storage. The tumbler works well for infusing hot water with tea and looks good, especially with the stencil. It holds 2 small cups of liquid and the double wall glass insulates fairly well. Order two so you and your significant other can both have two cups of tea/coffee/whatever. However, the heat from boiling liquid is easily felt through the sides of the tumbler and even when it is put inside the insulated sleeve. Heat from hot tap water is not easily felt through the double walled glass and for both boiling or just hot liquid, we were able to hold the tumblers without discomfort. Cleaning takes a little more work because the tumbler is a tube, open on both ends once you screw off the top and bottom The bottom and top of the tumbler screw off easily and have silicon rings as seals. After taking the tumbler apart to clean it, also clean the seals. Always take off both ends of the tumbler while cleaning because the bottom may accumulate gunk or debris. We will hand wash these items, but they look good so we don't mind. Make sure to tighten the bottom and top lids sufficiently to prevent leaks. The top/lid has a mirror finish so you can check yourself out with it should you leave the house without your mirror (heaven forbid). We have had the tumblers for a week now and they are a nice addition to the breakfast lineup. They are thin and should easily fit inside purses or other bags. They look somewhat fragile so I wouldn't want to drop them or let them fall over. I think they are good for a stable table or surface where people won't knock them over. I would not take them camping but they could be nice for shorter drives. The insulation should keep liquids warm/cold for a reasonable amount of time (1-2 hrs?). In all, these look cool, are easy to use, and have survived their first week of usage.

I drink herbal tea. Like, a LOT of colorful herbal teas. I bought this bottle to enjoy the colors as the tea brews! Fun bonus- you can put the basket on either end. If your tea can get bitter, put it on the top so you can remove it. If you have herbal tea, put it on the bottom so it can continue infusing as you drink. Pros- see through, versatile. Comes in a SUPER COOL box that's excellent for gifting! Cons - if water gets in the top lid, it's game over. (They do state to not submerge it, but I never did and it sloshes with liquid and I can't get it out)

Totally love this item, so much that when I lost one, I missed it a lot so had to buy another. It’s really good quality, looks beautiful and it’s so nice having a decent brew when I get to work. I had a few disasters with leaks but that was my fault for not really closing it properly, now I just use one end only. For less incompetent people, the fact that it opens either end is a bonus.

Just received my teabloom multifunctional infuser. Product works well, but haven’t tried to see how long it can keep tea hot. My only complain is that the bag that is suppose to keep the bottle warm came with a hole in the bottom. Still functional but disappointed to receive it in this condition.

After searching through Amazon looking for a glass travel mug with a steeper, this was most suited to what I needed. It's versatile, easy to clean and leak proof when you tighten the lid properly. Holds hot and cold, nice design. I love that I can put the steeper up or down.
