Perfect substitute
Wrote the same for the little tin until I found these bottles Still everything below just in a bottle.Can't have corn syrup so this is the perfect sub. The taste is rich and creamy. Even knd of buttery. Wonderful on a waffle, toast, or Stack. Also good in recipes that call for corn syrup. Like pecan pie. OMG will only use golden syrup from now on. Its in my subscriber stuff.

I use Lyle’s Golden Syrup for a number of baking purposes. It makes an amazing caramel for tarts and Carmelitas, is a better choice for anything calling for corn syrup and there are many UK baking recipes which utilize it. Try it! You won’t be sorry!

Lyle's Syrup is the Best
I've used Lyle's syrup for years its a great. replacement for corn syrup. Unfortunately when I received package it didn't have the same container product shown on the listing. It was a pancake syrup vs thestandard I've used for years. I was able to get a return credit for this mishap.

Can’t wait to try it on pancakes
Very pleased with the product I made a peanut pie and it was delicious. Thanks to Lyles. Product came on time I wished I would have ordered the bigger size, but I wasn’t for sure if I would like it. Next time I will order the bigger one.
