These are my go-to iron supplement - originally recommended to me by someone at Sprouts when I walked in and asked for help after my doctor told me I should take a daily iron supplement.I don’t always buy them on Amazon, but this is always the brand I buy. They cause me zero stomach upset, as I’ve read others commonly do.

I have tried every brand of iron/ferrous sulfate, etc. on the planet, and they all cause extreme nausea. I took a chance on Mega Food. To my amazement, I had absolutely no reaction to the iron contained in this tablet. I have anemia, and am thrilled to have found this product!

I like the product but the bottle it comes in is glass and it was broken

Item arrived very quickly. I haven't been taking this long enough (about a week) to get real results, but it does feel like I have a lot more energy after starting them. As noted in prior posts, the bottle is glass, and mine made it through the shipping process intact.

My PCP recommended I take these iron pills.
