This is a must if you regularly replace digitizers on iPads, HTCs and Blackberries. 3mm is the perfect width for a lot of digitizers, but can be doubled up for iPads. This adhesive is not foam, which is great because foam adhesive tends to tear apart easily. This adhesive is very strong for its small width. There is also enough to do over 50 devices.

What Can I say great item and a great price. This is a bit more tape than I needed but for the price it can't be passed up. It is quality name brand tape and works very well. I have repaired 2 cell phone screens with it. Highly recommend .

I purchased an iPad 3 screen replacement kit that came with a sheet of adhesive to use. I was not convinced there was enough, and indeed after a day or two of use, the corners started coming up. I purchased this tape as a replacement measure, and it has performed beautifully. The 3mm width was perfect for the inside of the iPad frame and the adhesive is thin enough to allow the glass to lay flat against the frame with no noticeable increase in thickness. I will only take off a half-star for the paltry piece of waxed paper that comes with it to prevent anything from sticking to the side of the roll. It had already fallen off by the time I opened the package and provided no protection. I don't have a good solution for other users other than wrapping it in your own wax paper when storing it. 4.5/5 stars.

This product arrived on time and it has been alright. The only problem I find is that the sticky part just isn't sticky enough.

I read about 20 different sites that told me to get this type of adhesive for my smartphone screen replacement. The only positive qualities about it - It's inexpensive, There's a ton there for use for many projects. However the adhesive itself is poor quality. It takes delicate fingers to get the paper off for the "double side" adhesive. Also it was hard to cut with scissors. I had to use a matte cutter for precision cuts.

Good quality; could be stronger adhesive(?) Backing comes off easy enough. Stays put on its roll until unwound. Backing stiff enough to make it easy to align more than one width flush against the other with ease.

Amazing. Great to insure parts do not move around in your phone and to create the tightness and seal the iphone demands.

Double sided tape is better!!!! Bought it to secure a replacement phone screen as that is how they are manufactured now and so far the hold is great!!!
