I LOVE this workout bench! It’s so versatile, and I had it completely assembled in one hour. Directions are clear, but the one thing they don’t mention (for those less comfortable with assembly) is to use the Allen wrenches or hex keys provided to hold each bolt still while securing the nut on the other side with the engineer’s wrench (also provided). This bench is very stable and has really taken my workouts to the next level! I also want to point out that it does come with the workout guide, and actually in two formats (one review said that they couldn’t gain access to the workout guide, so I wanted to mention this). The seller included a poster version of the workout guide and sends a card with the QR code for pulling it up digitally. When you do so, you may encounter a page that says “page not found”, but if you click on the 3 lines at the top left and select “resources”, you can get the workout guide for any/all of the benches that they offer. (I just took screenshots of it to have on my phone too.) They also have video tutorials for assembly (I think that’s at the bottom of the page that says “page not found”. Just scroll down.)The adjustments on this bench are perfect and effortless, the wheels make it so easy to move around, and the foot plates are a great addition for hyperextensions. I have also found ways to use this bench for even more exercises by tying a resistance band to the base. This bench is a great addition to any home gym and for the price, a great value too!

I got this in 2021 and I’m still in love with it, and it’s functioning. Writing this review in 2025. It’s a fun piece to work with but I honestly haven’t been working out enough to really try to tear it up bad or anything. There are 2 flat decorative caps that go over the cylinders that hold your ankles of which those two caps are missing. Whatever 🤣The bench has not rusted or torn up or broken otherwise.Fantastic value. Fantastic workouts can be done with this. I’m stoked. 😊

Everything works but doesn’t feel as solid as I’d hoped. A little wobbly

It arrived soaking wet but that’s no fault to the seller. I assembled it within an hour, the nylon bolts are a little difficult to tighten but other than that there were no issues, fairly simple to put together. I’ve briefly used it and it seems to work great! I was under the impression that it would incline too but it only declines.

Excellent item, setup was straight forward. The padded areas are sufficiently padded without being too squishy. The materials used seem to be solid and sturdy. Used it yesterday and I was truly pleased. I had an issue with a part and contacted customer service, Isabelle was truly amazing! Immediately responsive, personal, too action right away to get me a replacement part, and then followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Outstanding!!!

So I bought this with the intention of using it and it sat there unused until I got "tech neck"/ upper crossed syndrome.Doing daily exercises, specifically using the reverse sit-up leg brace, really is helping and reducing the overall issues that I am having.This bench is easy to use. I love it.

This is a decent piece of equipment, but it’s a lot smaller than I had expected. I’m 6’1” and I barely fit on it. Sort of like going to your kids kindergarten classroom on a parent visit and sitting in those tiny desks! I’d imagine it would be a good fit for people up to about 5’9”. The knee supports are very small. I can barely fit my knees under them. And it is very low to the ground. It’s reasonably sturdy, but I wouldn’t try to put too much weight on it. I considered sending it back, but I had spent about an hour assembling it, so I decided to keep it. I use it for a couple of exercises, but it’s not as useful as I would have hoped.
