A True Cook's Air Freshener
You probably won't find a more fragrant and aromatic rice to prepare in your kitchen. It's a wonderful smell that puts a smile on your face, and lends itself to all of the other natural cooking fragrances found in your kitchen. Only two quick suggestions that I'll make for this rice. And it has nothing to do with the quality of the rice (which is great), but how to get the most of it. The first suggestion is that you rinse the rice very well before even using it to cook with. Whether you use a perforated rice washing bowl, or just a simple mixing bowl, the idea is the same. You'll want to rinse the rice until any water poured into a bowl with it comes out clear if you were to move the rice a round a bit using your hand. The second trick is to add a tablepoon of ghee or manteca (lard) to the boiling water right before you add your rice. It does a little something for the taste and texture of the rice. This rice is priced right, good for recipes that call for long-grain, tastes good, and will help you make magic out of even the simplest meals. Without question you need to order a large bag of it today.

Not happy with this delivery
Love the rice but the packages deliver in the pouring rain and they did not put a plastic bag around it. The paper fell apart and it slipped down the stairs.

Not bas, but could be better.
This brand jasmine rice taste fine, but I have to say it doesn’t have that same aroma as other jasmine rice brands I have had. I cook it in a rice cooker and it comes out fine. Same water ratio as other brands. Maybe cause I have eaten rice my whole life and know the quality and aroma when you have higher quality brand names.

Best rice I’ve ever bought
Love this rice. Easy to cook. The grains are smooth, medium sized length and don’t require as much washing as other brands.

DOLLAR STORE rice is BETTER than this....
Um NO. Where are all the good reviews coming from??? This is the MOST FINICKY rice I've ever made or eaten. Oh and its NOT at all JASMINE RICE. As others have said...no matter how I cook it, diffierent pot, different amts of water, different length of time, rinsed first, not rinsed first.... its still a DISASTER. Extraordinary sticky, gummy, gooey, never cooks 100%. The best batch was 80% cooked, and the worst was maybe 40% cooked, in other words NOT COOKED. Some batches Ive had to section out each serving and steam in the microwave to make it edible....I mean really??? I WILL NEVER repurchase and they should be ashamed for selling this.
