Was looking for an option to stand at my desk and I didn't want one of the platforms that lift everything. I opted for this double arm and the Vivo keyboard and mouse riser. So far the arms are working as expected. Time will tell if they will keep their tension to hold the monitors up. I am expecting they will for the price. Another consumer mentioned the lack of a cable management system (CMS). I determined the bottom of the small arm has a plastic cover that can be removed to run the cables inside if it. Turns out the CMS works very nicely. Photos include both sitting and standing, arms and where the cables run. If you notice, I have one of the dual monitors from each computer attached to the arms so I can stand with either computer. Regarding 4 stars on assembly, it is heavy duty and some may find it a little bit of a challenge. Was not a problem for me. I would recommend this product.

All in all the monitor stand is great. Nice packaging, all the part and tools were included, good instructions, designed for two monitors and looks great. Most of the adjustment worked great as well. However, the adjustment to hold the monitor from tipping forward is poorly designed.I ensured the monitor was within the weight limit (see picture) and slowly adjusted the back and forth (tipping) setting. The design uses soft convex washers to apply pressure to hold the monitor(s) upright as they are tightened. Unfortunately the washers did not hold their convex shape and slowly flattened as I very slowly tightened and test after each 1/4 turn. No luck, the monitor continued to fall forward.The fix was easy - just get spacing washers (and one to hold the pressed in nut from pulling through – see picture) and slip them in between the failed convex washers and the connecting piece. This allows the pressure to hold and the monitor stays upright as expected.Very happy with the system - after the home-grown fix. Too bad as this one fail cost 2 stars off the review. If it just worked, it would have easily been a 5 star rating.

I set this up with dual 28 inch monitors, each weighing ~11 lbs. Step 6 on the instruction manual shows the monitors finally being clipped into place using the Vesa mount. I initially thought that they lied about how much weight each arm could support, because the monitors would just droop down and rest on my desk. After some initial frustration, I realized that there were more steps on the back which showed how you can tighten the arms. This may seem super obvious, but it seems like some other users potentially ran into this same issue and I thought I would try and prevent others from making the same mistake.After all the setup, everything seems to be working pretty nicely. The 90 degree rotation for the monitor doesn't seem to hold. I'm not sure if there is something else I need to tighten or if it is just because my monitors have the Vesa mount at the top instead of being centered. Either way, it isn't a huge problem for me because I never intended to use them this way.

The media could not be loaded.  I am using it on a 4lb 26" monitor and on a "tv" that is about 20lb.. I know is not supposed to but so far has hold it without any trouble.ProsIt came in a box where all the parts are separated in boxes so didn't find any scratch or blemish.The instruction manuals is on point with lots or illustrations and, took me about 20 minutes to install 2 monitors.Attachment of screen Rotates +90 to -90 degrees allowing me to play vertical arcade games.ConsFrom the monitor attachment plate to the second arm the hiding of wires is not complete nor in the shaft that attaches to the desk.Hope that in an upgrade they can use the shaft to hide cables on its inside.

This thing is STURDY as HELL! When I first unpacked it, I wondered what in the world I had gotten myself into, but then I realized that almost every piece is duplicated (for dual setup), so I just relaxed and took it step by step. Finished it in about 20 minutes and boy was I impressed! When completed, you can maneuver your dual screens into practically ANY position you want and they STAY there! I am SO pleased with this product! Don't hesitate to get one for your dual screen home office setup! BTW... my 2 monitors are 21.5 inch screens. Perfect for my home office!

So the item it self as a quality build it is amazing, very strong and sturdy, the base being wider than previous models stands out. Having to install it from above is soooo much better than going underneath. I am all about quality build, however for MY application it did not work to well. My desk is in a cubicle or rather somewhat of a counter, the arms of the mount need room to have the screens further away from you, I could have rigged it but I also wanted the option to put the monitors on top of each other, and that ruined it quite a bit, I know from the questions part of the item it was not possible but again for my set up it didn't work too well, despite the difficult setup of the previous model I put it up and it works great and can accommodate a variety of customizations. outstanding item nonetheless

Needed a strong and flexible stand and this was it. Well built, strong and parts fit perfect. I bought 2 stands because I wanted to hold 4 monitors. I ended up using only one base and support rod and added the 4 monitor arms to this. I needed the monitors close for how I wanted my setup. Save your money on buying the cheap ones and get this quality one.

I've had a couple of these and they were okay. When I took this one out of the box I was immediately impressed with the quality of its engineering. It is beautiful! And it's solid. It holds both screens in a wide variety of positions and offers excellent tension adjustment.Oh. And surprisingly, it cost no more than the alternatives. Which makes it pretty good bargain.
