Q: Does it contain any corn?

I don't think so. My niece is very allergic to corn and she uses these all the time. Actually, if you go to the page on Amazon and scroll to the very bottom, it does list the active ingredients. This stuff really works!

Q: Do these dilate pupils or cause increased eye pressure?

This is an organic product. It is not a drug. Your question should probably be directed to the company and not to a user /reviewer if you have such concerns. That said I have been using this since approximately last January and have had no issues or noticed any changes in my eyes whatsoever. However I would direct this question to either your eye care professional or the company as previously stated.
