At first I had a problem with a product I purchased from this company but eventually a nice lady called Lovely managed to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Thank you Lovely

Warped after a couple of uses
This is ok but not great. I've got the half sheet. The rack seems pretty solid but the metal tray is just too thin to hold its shape, mine warped after just 2 uses. This makes it hard to slide into the oven, so I'm not sure how long it will be usable for. Lightweight for sure, but definitely not heavy duty.

Looks like a good product other than the RACK doesn't fit inside the tray....
Title says it all. The rack (in my case) doesn't actually fit snug inside the tray so half if it is 'tilted' (as you can see in the image) Just a massive pain I have to go out my way to get one that fits now/re-receive/return etc.

I purchased this baking sheet in 2020 and it was 100% worth the cost. I use it to meal prep all the time! I haven’t experienced any warping. I’ve used it to roast tons of veggies, make cookies, roast nuts etc. I don’t get much use out of the wire rack but it is useful, when I want baked chicken with crispy skin or anything with breadcrumbed or coated I cook it on the sheet pan with the wire rack. It’s the perfect baking sheet pan and I want another one!
