Fun find… I flipped up the brim on the sides and halved the crown so it looked like a cool shiney fedora.

I’m hard of hearing and LOVE the rain, but my hearing aids are unfortunately not waterproof. After I got this hat I stood in the rain with no jacket for like 30 minutes.I have medium thickness in hair so it’s a little snug on head. It comes with a rope that helps keep everything in place which really helps.It’s a plastic bucket hat so it’s completely waterproof and is pretty cute fashion wise.

I received my hat today and have mixed feelings. I believe it will be waterproof (unless the seams leak badly). The material is thick, shiny, and definitely water repellant. It is foldable, but I expect creases in the vinyl. There is a strap, but I'm not sure what it clips on to--as far as I can see, the hat does not have any loops for the strap clips.My major issue: The fit is a little strange. Maybe the proportions are off? The hat fits the diameter of my head adequately. I would say it runs small around. But it is taller than expected. I feel like I'm wearing a stove pipe hat. That's an overstatement, but it just feels a little too high for me. There are a good couple of inches between the top of my head and the top of the hat. Maybe I just don't love bucket hats? I'll keep if for rainy days. It's practical and almost stylish.

I can put my hair up in this hat and it fits perfectly- snug enough to keep it on when the wind is strong, but not too tight. My hair stays completely dry. It's small enough to stick in my back pocket when I'm walking on the beach or in my purse. We have storms pop up so fast here that this hat has saved me several times already. I get complements when I wear it. I love it. It looks just like the photo and it's a great buy.

I ordered because we've been having a lot of rainy days lately; it arrived just in time for the next set of rainy days. Because it's been cold as well, I was able to wear a winter hat and wear my bucket hat on top keeping warm and dry!

Have not worn this hat in the rain but it is really cute. No reason it will not work in the rain. It is great that it has a chin strap so the wind won’t blow it off

The hat is a weird shape and the creases won’t come out. This results in the hat hanging over your eyes. I also tried adjusting the size, but it wouldn’t hold and the hat kept blowing off my head. I bought this to replace a hat I had lost. Unfortunately, I’ll have to keep looking.
